The actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde was in Zambia on Friday, November 27 for a summit on eradicating child marriage.
The gathering had notable guests in attendance such as Zambia’s
President Edgar Lungu, the first lady Esther Lungu as well as South
Africa’s first lady Tobeka Zuma.
Roman Tesfaye, Ethiopian’s first lady, was also present at the event
which highlighted the problems associated with child marriage and ways
of eliminating it.Other dignitaries present at the first ever summit on child marriage included representatives from UNFPA, UNICEF, the Netherlands, the Canadian government and the Ford Foundation among others. See more photos after the cut..................
