An Indiana woman was found alive with a large kitchen knife stuck in her head after allegedly being stabbed by her son multiple times, police said.   Susan Early, 59, was discovered lying on her front lawn with the knife still lodged in her skull and several other stab wounds when cops rushed to her Brownsburg home on Monday afternoon, April 24. Despite her grim injuries, cops said the victim had managed to stay “alert and conscious.”     She told responding officers that her 31-year-old son, Kyle Braun, had attacked and beat her inside her kitchen before fleeing the home shortly before 12.30 p.m.   Neighbors, who rushed to help treat Early’s knife wounds when she emerged screaming from the home, pointed cops in the direction the victim’s son had fled.   A Kenyan Instagram influencer has died while allegedly trafficking drugs. According to reports from the country's media, Brenda Akinyi Ochola, better known as Brendalicious, died in Malaysia when the cocaine she was allegedly trafficking burst in her stomach.   She allegedly started acting weird when she arrived at the airport in Malaysia and this attracted security guards.     She is said to have fallen to the ground and started foaming from the mouth.    Efforts to save her proved abortive.   According to unconfirmed reports, 34 capsules of illicit drugs were found in her stomach.     Brenda's social media posts documented her regular travels, lavish vacations, and luxurious lifestyle.   Following news of her death, social media users took to various platforms to react.  

Nick Cannon has denied he 'fumbled' his marriage to Pop star Mariah Carey.    Speaking on his radio show The Daily Cannon on Wednesday, April 26, the actor and radio personality refused to take the blame for the collapse of his marriage to the mother of two.    The San Diego, California native, 42, was chatting with cohost Courtney Bee Bledsoe, who at one point said to him, 'I mean you fumbled Mariah.' Cannon responded, 'Did I? Up-and-coming Los Angeles rapper MoneySign Suede has been stabbed to death in a California prison.    It was discovered that the 22-yea-old rapper was absent from a headcount check on Tuesday, April 25, around 9:55 p.m. The "Back to the Bag" rapper was found unresponsive in another area of the Correctional Training Facility in Soledad. Prison personnel attempted to administer emergency aid, but were unsuccessful as he was pronounced dead around 10:00 p.m   The incident forced the prison officials to restrict prisoner movement while they conduct their investigation with assistance from the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office and the Monterey County Coroner, the latter of whom will determine MoneySign's cause of death.   Nicholas Rosenberg, MoneySign's attorney, told the Los Angeles Times the rapper was stabbed in the neck in the shower and that those who knew him were shocked.   Suede signed to Atlantic Records in 2021, and released his most...

American singer, Kesha has revealed in a new interview, that she was secretly engaged at one point in time – but called it off.   Speaking with Rolling Stone on Tuesday, April 24, Kesha, 36, did not reveal the identity of her ex or share any further details about the failed engagement. However, she noted that the man who proposed to her is “still a friend” and that “Too Far Gone” – a song off of her upcoming album, “Gag Order” was written after they parted ways. The singer has most recently been in a long-term relationship with writer Brad Ashenfelter. Justice Olusegun Ogunyemi of an Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti Division has sentenced one Ismaila Ojo to death by hanging for strangulating his friend, Kareem Adu, over a motorcycle. The police prosecutor, Inspector Tunde Arowosola, had told the court Ojo committed the crime on May 13, 2018. He said the wife of the deceased, Agnes Adu, had come to the station to report that her husband had been killed at Odo-Uro by one Ismaila Ojo, over an ownership disputation and tussle, in respect of a motorcycle. Arowosola said the woman alleged that the defendant (Ojo) strangulated the deceased.  Also testifying, a policeman, Inspector Lasisi Bashiru, told the court that the accused was arrested and when interrogated, he confessed to the crime that on May 13, 2018, when he was taking his bath, Adu (the deceased) came to take a motorcycle which he parked in front of his house. American singer, Harry Belafonte has died at his home on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, aged 96.  The singer, actor, and civil rights activist who broke down racial barriers, died on Tuesday, April 25. The cause of his death was congestive heart failure, said Ken Sunshine, his longtime spokesman.  Belafonte stormed the pop charts and smashed racial barriers in the 1950s with his highly personal brand of folk music, and who went on to become a dynamic force in the civil rights movement.    Belafonte almost single-handedly ignited a craze for Caribbean music with hit records like “Day-O (The Banana Boat Song)” and “Jamaica Farewell.” His album “Calypso,” which included both those songs, reached the top of the Billboard album chart shortly after its release in 1956 and stayed there for 31 weeks. Sacked CNN anchor Don Lemon is leaving the network with at least $25 million but is reportedly preparing for a potential legal battle with his former employer.   Lemon, the 51-year-old former co-host of “CNN This Morning,” had signed a high $7 million-a-year contract with CNN in September 2022 that runs until 2026, according to a report by Page Six.  However on Tuesday, April 24, it was revealed that Lemon has hired high-powered Los Angeles entertainment attorney Bryan Freedman to secure his exit and probe whether the former anchor is entitled to a further settlement, the report adds. Freedman, co-founder of the law firm Freedman & Taitelman LLP, is also representing Lemon’s former CNN colleague Chris Cuomo who remains in arbitration with CNN and is demanding $125 million for being fired. Jean Carroll, 79, says Trump sexually assaulted her in a New York department store and then defamed her after she went public with the allegations years later. Russia has threatened to scrap the Black Sea Grain Initiative, which enables the safe export of grain from Ukrainian ports onto the world market.   The threat comes as members of the G-7 group of rich nations are reportedly planning to totally ban exports to Russia over its invasion of Ukraine.  The G-7 countries are considering a near total ban on all exports to Russia, Japan's Kyodo news agency reported April 21, citing Japanese government sources.   “The G-7 countries have already stopped exporting a wide range of items to Russia, including products that can be used for military purposes and luxury goods.   Disgraced singer, R. Kelly has been transferred to a prison in North Carolina to serve his sentences prison sentence of more than 30 years. The Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed Kelly,  whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly – was moved on Wednesday of last week from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago to the Federal Correctional Institution in Butner, North Carolina.   The disgraced singer and Chicago native was sentenced in February to one additional year in prison for his Chicago conviction federal child pornography and child enticement charges, on top of the 30 years he's already serving for a separate conviction out of New York.   In September 2022, a federal jury in Chicago convicted Kelly of six counts accusing him of sexually abusing three women – who testified under the pseudonyms Jane, Pauline, and Nia – on video, while acquitting him of enticement charges involving two other accusers, Tracy and Brittany.   The same jury ...

Nine teenagers were shot early Sunday, April 23 at an after-prom party in Jasper, Texas, USA prompting an increased police presence at the town's high school this week, officials said.   Shortly after midnight on Sunday, deputies responded to a disturbance  with shots fired on County Road 263 north of Jasper, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post. "Upon arrival, nine victims were found to have non-life-threatening injuries," the statement said. "The incident erupted at an after-prom party that was being held at the residence on County Road 263. Most victims were transported to Jasper Memorial Hospital, and some were transferred to Christus St. Elizabeth for further treatment."   NBC Universal CEO, Jeff Shell is leaving the company after an outside investigation “into a complaint of inappropriate conduct,” its parent company Comcast announced Sunday, April 23..  The company said Shell will depart effective immediately in the wake of an investigation led by an outside counsel.   “Today is my last day as CEO of NBCUniversal.   A former Idaho state trooper who resigned several years ago due to multiple criminal investigations into his conduct has been arrested for allegedly murdering his wife in February 2021, the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office announced.    Daniel Howard, 57, turned himself into police on Friday, April 21, 2023, to face charges of murder and domestic battery in the slaying of Kendy Howard, who left behind two adult children and a granddaughter.   Howard called police on the night of Feb. 2, 2021, and told officers that Kendy shot herself, according to the Coeur d’Alene Press.   Detectives now believe that the fatal gunshot wound was not self-inflicted.  Howard resigned from Idaho State Police in November 2014 as investigators looked into several crimes he committed across multiple counties.    Prosecutors alleged at the time that Howard threatened to kill his friend after he found out his wife was having an affa...

  A Judge in Miami-Dade County of Florida has ordered the arrest of former NFL star, Antonio Brown, over unpaid child support.    The judge issued the order on April 14 after it was reported that Brown allegedly ducked payments that he had been required to make to his ex, Wiltrice Jackson .   TMZ reported that Broward County Sheriff's Office confirmed on Friday, April 21, that they've received the order. It was also stated that Brown can be released from custody if he pays $30,000 which the Florida judge ruled is to be applied to his unpaid child support.   Brown and Jackson dated during the former Pittsburgh Steelers star's early football playing days and had a daughter together.   Their relationship, however, had more than its fair share of ups and downs -- with Jackson accusing Brown of shoving her during a domestic dispute in 2019. Brown was never charged over the claim.

His demise was disclosed by a presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, on Twitter this morning April 22.    Posting via his handle, Bashir wrote ''Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un! Rapper GloRilla and her producer Macaroni Toni have been sued by an artist who claimed that they sampled his nearly 30-year-old track to create her gold-selling single "Tomorrow".    Ivory Paynes of the NOLA-based rap group Dog House Posse is claiming Glo and Toni sampled his 1994 song "Street of the Westbank" to craft “Tomorrow”, claiming it takes key elements from his song, like the piano, cello and drum tracks. According to Paynes, they never got his permission.    Glo's record home Collective Music Group and her publishing companies Warner Chappell Music and Sony/ATV Music are also named in the suit.   TMZ reported that her remix "Tomorrow 2" which features Cardi B is also listed, as that track also utilizes the same instrumental. Cardi is not listed as a defendant in the case.

Saida Mouh, the mother of PSG defender Achraf Hakimi, has finally reacted to the reports making the rounds that her son transferred all his assets to her.   Recall that an unverified report went viral claiming that Hakimi’s wife will not be getting anything in their divorce because it was discovered that Hakimi has no asset in his name as all are in his mother’s name. Reacting, Hakimi’s mother said it is also news to her because she has no idea.   “If he has taken any action to protect himself, I’m unaware of it,” Morocco World News quoted Hakimi’s mother as saying.   She added that if it is true, there is nothing wrong with her son taking such actions to protect himself.   “What’s the problem if the news is true? A 300-year-old Ekebergia capensis , commonly known as the Cape Ash ( Teldet in Kalenjin) tree, considered to be sacred to the Kalenjin community, has fallen in Aldai, Nandi County of Kenya.  The multi-trunked tree was used to conduct prayers in the previous years before the establishment of St Peter's Koyo ACK Church in Nandi . One of the community elders, Charles Kering said;    "The tree is estimated to be as old as 300 years and considered home to spirits as our forefathers used to conduct spiritual services there. An Argentine appeals court on Tuesday, April 18, confirmed that eight medical professionals accused of responsibility in the death of football legend Diego Maradona will face trial. Among those accused are a psychologist, a clinical doctor, a medical coordinator, nursing coordinator and nurses.   Maradona died in November 2020 aged 60 while recovering from brain surgery for a blood clot, and after decades of battles with cocaine and alcohol addictions.   He was found dead in bed two weeks after undergoing surgery, in a rented house in an exclusive Buenos Aires neighborhood where he was brought after being discharged from hospital. He was found to have died of a heart attack. Neurosurgeon Leopoldo Luque, psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov and six others had appealed a 2022 decision to put them on trial for homicide with potential aggravating circumstances.   India is on its way to become the most populous country in the world, overtaking China with almost three million more people in the middle of this year, according to United Nations on Wednesday, April 19.   The demographic data from the United Nations Population Fund’s (UNFPA) “State of World Population Report, 2023” estimates India’s population at 1,428.6 million or 1.4286 billion against 1.4257 billion for China. According to the latest data, the United States is a distant third, with an estimated population of 340 million. The cause of death of musician, Aaron Carter has been revealed.   Carter was found dead on November 5 in a bathtub at his home in Lancaster, California. He was 34 years old. He was “unresponsive” and had no “life-threatening traumatic injuries” at the time of his passing, his autopsy report also states. He was pronounced dead at the scene.   The late musician died from drowning and the effects of difluoroethane, a flammable gas that is often used as the propellant in cans of compressed air, and alprazolam, a generic form of Xanax, according a copy of his autopsy report released on Tuesday, April 18.  The manner of death was ruled accidental according to the autopsy.   The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s report also confirmed that Carter was “submerged” in his bathtub after “inhalation of compressed gas and intake of alprazolam.” Difluoroethane is a “colorless, odorless gas” which can cause “frostbite” and is “easily ignited.” while alprazolam is a med...
