Footballer, Jose Semedo has lost his wife, Soraia, and Cristiano Ronaldo has openly mourned her.
The Portugal captain has been close friends with the Vitoria Setubal player for quite a long time, and posted a photo of himself and Georgina Rodriguez eating dinner with the couple.
“There are times when everything takes a back seat, including football,” Ronaldo wrote.
“Last week, unexpectedly, a fantastic human being left us, our dear Soraia, a wonderful mother and the wife of one of the best friends life has given me
“Nothing can erase the pain felt by my brother Jose Semedo and his whole family. But we are together, today as always, in this time to face this difficulty. Rest in peace, my friend. We will never forget you.”
