A summer transfer target for Manchester City, Pogba’s potential deal with the German company is thought to be worth around £31million, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The France international was caught in the middle of bidding a war, with Nike interested, but he is said to have opted for adidas and agreed a multi-million pound deal.
Nike were also keen sponsoring the midfielder but he is set to opt for their rivals in a deal worth £31million
The player’s agent, Mino Raiola, is said to have been at the centre of ongoing negations with the sporting brands and Pogba is expected to be the face of the adidas ACE 16+ Purecontrol.
Speculation is continuing to grow that Pogba could be joining the Manchester City revolution under Pep Guardiola in the summer.
But City aren’t the only club interested, with La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona both keeping tabs on the talented midfielder.
Another stage for Pogba will be Euro 2016 in the summer, as he looks to lead his nation to victory on his home turf.
