  Super Eagles Head coach Sunday Oliseh has given a surprise invite to Arsenal FC starlet Alex Iwobi ahead of next month’s international friendlies against Democratic Republic of Congo and Cameroon in Belgium.   The Super Eagles play the Leopards of the Democratic Republic of Congo on October 8 and the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon three days later, in Belgium. The winner of the preliminary round between Swaziland and Djibouti will host the Super Eagles on November 9 in a 2018 FIFA World Cup first round qualifier, with the Eagles hosting the return leg in Nigeria eight days later.

The “German Juice” crooner took to her Facebook page to announce to her fans about her birthday today being 23rd september 2015. The singer, Cynthia Morgan is currently at the Burj Al Arab Luxury Hotel in Dubai, where she plans to enjoy herself.

N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton continues to cruise into elite box office territory as it sets yet another cinematic record. With the film pulling in an estimated $157.5 million in the U.S. and Canada, director F. Gary Gray has officially become the highest-grossing black director of a single film in domestic sales. Gray has edged out Keenen Ivory Wayans, whose classic Scary Movie film raked in $157 million back in 2000, and Tim Story, who earned $154.6 with Fantastic Four in 2005.   Straight Outta Compton is the only film in the bunch that is based on a true story, however, and is also set apart as a “hip-hop” film.

After garnering a heavy buzz with his club — and street — smash, “Coco,” and staying on the radar of fans, O.T. Genasis has finally released his debut mixtape, Rhythm & Bricks through Busta Rhymes’ Conglomerate Records.  The 15-track project, hosted by DJ Drama, features Lil Wayne (“Do It”) , Young Dolph (“Cut It”), Wiz Khalifa, K. Camp, Snoop Dogg, among others. On the production side, Genasis put in work with KE, Juice 808, Jereme Jay, Big Fruit and others.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, 65, has split from his wife Annie, 59. The couple got married in 2010 but have been together for years and have an 18 year old daughter together. They are said to have agreed a financial package and divided up their assets after Arsene filed for legal separation in a French court. Wenger, who previously admitted that his high pressured job with Arsenal had put pressure on his marriage has not been seen with Annie since 2013, which led to speculations for months that all was not well between the couple. Their split have now been confirmed.  I guess he did this to enable him focus more on Arsenal… lols

Alex Aigbogun who was stabbed in the stomach by his landlord, simply identified as Enogieru.The victim was brought to the hospital at about 9:00am Wednesday by policemen in a Hilux van. Eyewitnesses said the incident occurred at about 12:00midnight, but the victim’s family has no vehicle or money to take him to the hospital.The incident occurred at No. 5 Ogiemwenken Street, Off St Saviour Road, Ikpoba Okha local government area of Edo State. A witness who gave his name as Peter Igbinosun said the landlord ran away after stabbing the victim. Igbinosun explained that trouble started on Tuesday night when both the landlord and tenant went to a joint to take a drink. He said the duo fought over a girl.

The comedian’s wife showed off her huge baby bump today while posing next to her husband. Ibu and his wife officially tied the knot in May.
