A solidarity march took place in Lagos today, September 10 in support of President Muhammadu Buhari’s fight against corruption.
Some of the groups that participated in the march included the Nigeria Labour Congress, (NLC), the Trade Union Congress, the National Youth Council, Committee for the Defence of Human Rights (CDHR), National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) and other affiliated workers’ labour groups.
According to Comrade Chinedu Bosah, the organising secretary of Democratic Socialist Movement, the protest was also organised simultaneously in other key states of the federation.
