Controversial social media influencer, Andrew Tate and his brother have appeared in court in Romania for a pre-trial hearing reportedly examining the status of their seized assets.   Tate and his brother Tristan attended a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday morning, February 1, at the Bucharest Tribunal that may have looked into the status of their seized assets, among other procedural matters.     However, the judge is said to have postponed the decision regarding the assets until February 29.     Last month Tate won an appeal challenging the seizure of his assets worth £ 10 million - which were confiscated by Romanian authorities in the weeks after he was arrested.   The Bucharest Court of Appeal overturned a decision to seize their assets in what Tate's spokesperson described as a 'significant' ruling for the brothers.      Romanian authorities had seized 15 luxury cars including Porsches and Ferraris, 14 designer watch...

  Neymar has reportedly demanded a DNA test after amid reports he is set to father a third child with a third different woman.     Reports emerged in Brazilian outlet Portal LeoDias that Neymar had an affair with Brazilian model and influencer, Amanda Kimberlly, while he was still with his now former partner, Bruna Biancardi.     The report claims Kimberlly is now four months pregnant, with news of the pregnancy coming as a surprise to Neymar.     Neymar was said to 'receive the news with joy', and wants to carry out a DNA test as soon as the child is born to confirm it is his.     Kimberlly hails from Sao Paulo and is best known for appearing on the Brazilian dating show 'Are You the One?' in 2016, with the model getting to know the Al-Hilal star soon after.      Kimberlly, who will reportedly give birth to a girl, dated several celebrities before meeting Neymar.     In a report, Portal LeoDias said: ...

A Manhattan, New York jury has determined that former president Donald Trump must pay writer E. Jean Carroll a whopping $83 million for defaming her after a different civil court jury last year found him liable for defamation, as well as sexual abuse.   Carroll, a former longtime Elle magazine advice columnist, was initially seeking $10 million in damages.  But during closing arguments on Friday, her attorney upped that to $24 million, saying the former president should pay his alleged abuse victim “at least” that much for defaming Carroll because “the only thing he cares about is money.”  Attorneys for Carroll and Trump rested their cases after closing arguments on Friday morning. Vince McMahon has resigned from his position as the Executive Chairman of TKO, the company that owns WWE, just a day after an explosive lawsuit was filed by a former WWE staffer, alleging that he sexually assaulted her on numerous occasions.   The staffer identified as Janel Grant had said she was subjected to degrading sexual acts at the hands of Vince. She alleged that McMahon defecated on her during a threesome in 2020.  Janel said while the situation left her "miserable and enraged," she didn't leave because "in her years of experience with McMahon, she knew her requests to stop would be ignored at best or used to destroy her career and reputation at worst." She said McMahon distanced himself from her in early 2022 after his wife Linda McMahon became aware of their alleged relationship.   She stated that he agreed to pay her $3 million in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement, but she says he failed to pay the full amount. The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should be in the Guinness World Records for “causing Nigerians the most hardship .”   Speaking in an interview with Vanguard, the former Anambra state governor noted that the average Nigerian should be able to judge the performance of President Tinubu so far since May 2023.  Recall that President Tinubu said he deserves to be included in the Guinness World Records over his performances in the country since he assumed leadership.   Reacting, Peter Obi said; “He may actually be correct when he claims that his name deserves to be in the Guinness World Records. The Super Eagles of Nigeria have defeated Cameroon  2- 0 to reach the quarterfinals of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d'Ivoire The Naija stars put out a masterclass display as Atlanta winger Ademola  Lookman found the net in the first half following an assist from Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen at the Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny.  In the second half, Ademola Lookman found the net again following an assist from Calvin Bassey to take Nigeria to the quarterfinals.   Nigeria will face Angola in the quarterfinals with the hope of advancing to the next stage of the tournament.
