Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr manager Rudi Garcia 'is reportedly at risk of being sacked after the club's owners decided that he would leave his position at the Saudi Arabian side.   The Frenchman is expected to leave his role with immediate effect after his departure was fuelled by a deteriorating relationship and dressing room row with his squad including Cristiano Ronaldo.   Al-Nassr moved to within three points of the Saudi Pro League leaders after their recent 5-0 away win, but failed to build on that performance in a 0-0 draw with Al Feia on Sunday.   Garcia was dissatisfied with the performance of his players and supposedly berated the club's stars in the dressing room at full-time. The National Emergency Management Agency has confirmed receiving 152 returnees from Libya and another 104 stranded citizens from N’Djamena, Chad Republic.   The Libyan returnees were received at the Cargo Wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, while those from Chad were received at the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, Kano.   The Lagos Coordinator, NEMA, Ibrahim Farinloye, in a statement, said the 152 Libyan returnees included 25 children and 127 adults, adding that they were returned to the country through the assistance of the International Organisation for Migration and the Nigeria Embassy in Libya.   The statement read, “The Director-General, NEMA, Alhaji Mustapha Ahmed, received the Assisted Voluntary Returnees at the Cargo Wing of the Murtala Muhammad International Airport, Ikeja. “The returnees, who arrived aboard Al Buraq Air Boeing 737-800 with registration number 5A-DMG, landed around 4.38pm. Twitter CEO, Elon Musk has revealed that the social media company is "roughly breaking even," as most of its advertisers have returned and its aggressive cost-cutting efforts have started bearing fruit after massive layoffs. Musk, in an interview with BBC broadcast live on Twitter Spaces on Wednesday, April 12, said Twitter has about 1,500 employees now, a sharp decline from "just under 8,000 staff members" it had before he took it over in October.   Twitter has been marked by chaos and uncertainty since the $44 billion acquisition by Musk, as its layoffs have also included engineers responsible for preventing service outages, according to reports.   A group of former Twitter executives who were fired by Elon Musk on his first day in charge are suing the company for more than $ 1 million over unpaid legal bills. The lawsuit filed in Delaware Chancery Court, on Monday April 10, is on behalf of the social media network’s former chief executive Parag Agrawal, its former chief financial officer Ned Segal and former head of legal and policy Vijaya Gadde.   They spent more than $1million in personal legal bills related to government investigations, including by the Department of Justice, inquiries by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and shareholder lawsuits.   The trio, who were fired by Musk when he bought Twitter for $44billion in October, racked up ‘significant expenses’ related to their former positions. English defender, Ben Chilwell is set to extend his stay at Chelsea by a further two years after a breakthrough in contract talks. A former governor of Anambra State, Chinwoke Mbadinuju, is dead.    A statement released by his first son, Chetachi Mbadinuju, disclosed that the elder statesman died on Tuesday morning, April 11, at the National Hospital Abuja after a brief illness.   The statement reads   ” With heavy hearts but utmost gratitude to God for a life well spent, we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, uncle, friend, and associate, Dr Chinwoke Mbadinuju, a former governor of Anambra State and elder statesman. ODERA as he was fondly called, passed peacefully at the age of 78 years on the morning of the 11th of April, 2023 at the National Hospital Abuja after a brief illness, surrounded by his family and loved ones. At this trying time, we pray for God’s grace and mercy upon him and those left behind to mourn him.
