"Euphoria" star Chloe Cherry has been accused of stealing a blouse from a local store in her hometown.  Chloe was charged with misdemeanor retail theft in January over the incident which happened in December in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It was alleged that she entered the Building Character shopping complex on December 27 and took a $28 blouse into a dressing room she then held onto the blouse and left without paying.Sources told TMZ that she paid for other items using a credit card, but refused paying for the blouse. At some point, the police got involved, and cops said Chloe admitted to taking the blouse which she handed to an officer.    Her rep however told the publication;    "In December, there was confusion over a blouse that wasn?t properly charged to my client?s credit card.   Neighbors have revealed how a heart broken mum screamed after her daughter was mauled to death by a pitbulll cross dog on Tuesday, January 31. Four-year-old Alice Stones was killed in the garden of a property in Milton Keynes, UK after a dog attacked her at their back garden. Police rushed to the scene shortly after 5pm after receiving reports of the attack at a house in Broadlands, Netherfield. In court documents recently unsealed Tate offered a woman from Moldova a new life. They'd even discussed marriage. The US is tracking a suspected spy ballon that has been floating over Montana for days.   Video published by an NBC affiliate in Billings, Montana, shows a bright, unidentified object in the sky, which prompted flights to be diverted from the local airport on Wednesday, Feb. 1.   A senior US defense official, speaking to reporters on Thursday, Feb. 2, said that the US considered shooting down the balloon on Wednesday but decided it was not worth the potential risk of debris falling on people and property below.   "Clearly, the intent of the balloon is first surveillance, and so the current flight path does carry it over a number of sensitive sites," the official said. However, the US has assessed "it does not create significant value-added over and above what the [People's Republic of China] is likely able to collect through things like satellites in low-Earth orbit. Minister of Housing and Works, Babatunde Fashola has said that there's need for the naira redesign policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to be reviewed.  Speaking during an interview with media personality, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, the Minister stated that the scarcity of the new Naira notes is hurting Nigerians. Fashola said;    I feel sympathy for the Nigerian people and what they have had to go through. Sometimes policies play out like this in the process of implementation, sometimes it all ends well and sometimes it calls for reconsideration and review. In spite of the fact the CBN has acted within the spirit and letters of its independence by law, it is important to remember that we serve the public and the public says it is hurting, it is important to take a step back and ask where it is hurting and how we can make it better. It must not be a matter of ego.

Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted the Commissioner for Women Affairs in Cross River State, Gertrude Nnanjar Njar, in Calabar. An eyewitness, Samuel Okon, told the News Agency of Nigeria that she was forcefully taken out of her official car by masked young men on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  According to Mr Okon, they whisked the commissioner away in their car and abandoned her own car in Calabar South. Kalita Aruku, Special Adviser to Gov. Ben Ayade on Information, confirmed her kidnap on Thursday, February 2.   Yes, security sources have informed us that the Commissioner for Women Affairs has been kidnapped. As we speak, security operatives have launched a manhunt for the kidnappers with a view to arrest them and rescue the victim unharmed, he said.
