A man identified as Sean Maurice, has been jailed for stabbing his 52-year-old father, Paul Maurice to death.    Sean who was handed a 10-year jail sentence, stabbed his father more than 30 times in the back and reportedly claimed he sexually abused him.    The 31-year-old who admitted manslaughter was arrested after an alarm was raised by the victim's next-door neighbours in Bromley, south-east London.   Prosecutor William Emlyn Jones KC said car salesman Paul told the couple he did not want to die as he collapsed bleeding on their doorstep after the attack.   As he was being treated by emergency services, a police officer asked him who was responsible and he replied: "Sean."     Despite the efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 11.56pm. Randy Gonzalez, the father in the popular TikTok duo Enkyboys, has died after cancer battle. He died on Wednesday morning, Jan. 25, in hospice after his struggles with colon cancer,   Randy regularly gave fans updates on his cancer battle while staying positive and posting entertaining videos with his son Brice.     Back in April 2022, Randy broke the news about his condition, telling fans he was diagnosed about 6 months prior, and given 2-3 years to live. He said chemotherapy could extend things a possible 5 more years.   His last video was uploaded on December 16, 2022.

A female teacher has been arrested after allegedly raping a student in exchange for giving him good grades. Lena Stewart, 26, of Nixa High School in Missouri, USA, has been charged with two counts of second-degree statutory sodomy, one count of statutory rape, three counts of sexual contact with a student, and one count of sexual misconduct.   The charges relate to alleged incidents dating back to October 2022. The student was 16 at the time and the age for sexual consent in Missouri is 17.   According to investigators, the student claimed Stewart was lenient in class towards him. He claimed he did not have to do much work to receive an A and was worried his grades would drop if he didn't comply with her sexual demands.   A police statement (identifying the student as CV) read: "CV was interviewed as the CAC during October 2022. Facebook-parent company, Meta has said that it will restore former President Donald Trump’s accounts on Facebook and Instagram in the coming weeks, just over two years after suspending him in the wake of the January 6 Capitol attack.   Meta made the landmark decision to bar Trump from posting on Facebook and Instagram the day after the January 6 attack, in which his supporters stormed the US Capitol in a bid to overturn the 2020 election results.   “Our determination is that the risk [to public safety] has sufficiently receded,” Meta President of Global Affairs Nick Clegg said in a blog post on Wednesday, January 25.  “As such, we will be reinstating Mr. Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts in the coming weeks. Boxing legend, Mike Tyson has been accused of raping a woman after the two met at an Albany nightclub in the early 1990s, according to the unidentified plaintiff's $5 million lawsuit filed earlier this month.     The woman claims Tyson raped her in a limousine, resulting in 'physical, psychological and emotional injury' in the years since then.   'I got in Tyson's limousine to pick up my friend from her house,' read the lawsuit, obtained by DailyMail.com. 'Tyson immediately started to touch me and attempted to kiss me. I told him no several times and asked him to stop, but he continued to attack me.   US Attorney General, Merrick Garland has pushed back on criticism that the US Justice Department is treating President Biden more favorably than former President Donald Trump as the government investigates their mishandling of classified documents.  Some Republicans have claimed that the Justice Department of is handling Biden’s classified document investigation with kid gloves compared to the federal probe into Trump’s retention of sensitive material from his White House days.   In August of 2022, over a hundred classified files were recovered by federal agents during an FBI raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.    In comparison, the DOJ decided against having FBI agents watch over an initial search for classified documents conducted by Biden’s lawyers at his Delaware homes — in part because the attorneys were deemed to be cooperating with the DOJ’s investigation, according to a Wall Street Journal report.    When the ...
