The National Agency for Food, Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has approved the use of Moderna and Sputnik COVID-19 vaccine in Nigeria, The American and Russian made vaccines were approved for emergency use, according to the Director-General of NAFDAC, Professor Moji Adeyeye. She made the announcement on Thursday at a news conference in Abuja. The approval is coming after the World Health Organization, expressed concerns over the Russian-made vaccine.

The Game has said that only women, children, and dogs are loved unconditionally.  The American rapper added that men are loved only under the condition that they provide something.  He shared this on his Instagram Stories and it has been reshared, with people debating his point.

First Lady Martine Moïse was shot at least three times during an attack at their home that left her husband, the President, dead. Taking to Twitter, the First Lady shared photos from the hospital as she mourned the shocking and tragic loss of her husband of 25 years. Her message, translated to English, reads: "Thank you to everyone who’s helping me pray to return to life. Because when you’re hospitalized your life is God’s hands and doctors. Me, Martine Moïse, I still don’t believe that my husband left like this before my eyes without saying a last word to me. Darts legend, Andy Fordham has passed away at the age of 59, months after admitting that he was 'terrified' of death after suffering health issues in recent years. Fordham faced health problems during his life and once weighed 31 stone, revealing that he would drink 25 bottles of lager a day.  He contracted coronavirus in January this year and revealed to The Sun that doctors warned him that the disease could hit him 'very quickly'. Arjen Robben has announced his retirement from football after a 21-year playing career. Arsenal and England star,  Bukayo Saka has shared an emotional message after suffering racist abuse following the euros 2020 final. The 19-year-old English winger took the last penalty against Italy and failed to score as his effort was saved by Donnarumma. Unknown gunmen have killed Philip Udala, Chairman of Udala Football Club in Anambra State. The billionaire was murdered when his convoy was ambushed at Eke-Agu Market junction in Abatete, Idemili North Local Government Area. The attackers initially hit a police facility in the area and were fleeing the scene when they ran into Udala’s convoy. The policemen attached to Udala were killed and vehicles set ablaze. The victims were reportedly still inside. Godsent Eriobu, Udala FC Manager and Secretary of Anambra Independent League (AIFL), also in the motorcade, was shot dead. Rev. Fr Obinna Dike, Chairman of AIFL, said the league lost two key members who loved the game.
