  Nigerian singer, Davido has said the secret of staying rich is to empower your cycle. The DMW boss made this known on twitter. The singer said staying rich is simple mathematics -- and it's just empowering your cycle. “Wanna stay Rich ?? Empower your circle … simple maths” he tweeted.

The acting Director-General (DG) of the National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA), Alex Akpa has been arrested by the ICPC for allegedly defrauding the federal government of N400 million.  Mr Akpa who is a professor of microbiology, was arrested by operatives of the commission to answer questions on how the said amount was misappropriated under his watch. He is currently being investigated for abuse of office. It was alleged that the Acting DG of NABDA claimed the money he diverted was an intervention fund for the biotechnology agency and he allegedly shared the money with top management staff of the agency. The commission said the offence committed by Akpan whose appointment came in June, is contrary to and punishable under sections 19 and 26 of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act, 2000.

  34-year-old Transformers star, Megan Fox has filed for divorce from her estranged husband Brian Austin Green.  TMZ reported that Fox filed the papers in Los Angeles on Wednesday November 25, just after making her red carpet debut with boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly at the American Music Awards earlier this week.  The pair separated in May after 10 years of marriage and Megan was soon seen spending time with rapper MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker.   Two Ebonyi local government development centre coordinators have been sacked by Governor David Umahi after refusing to endorse the communique they considered defamatory against former Senate President, Pius Anyim. Okorie Daniel of Ivo DC and Fabian Ivoke of Echiele DC got the boot just after leaders of Ivo council gathered on Wednesday November 25 in Abakaliki, to endorse the defection of the governor from the All Progressive Congress (APC) from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The meeting was attended by present and former members of the National Assembly, State House of Assembly and the State Executive Council, members of federal and state boards and commissions and council chairpersons from the council.   A former BBC journalist and his partner were both found dead in the same room at home, an inquest has heard. John Stevenson, 68, was found on the floor near his bed in Aberdare, Rhondda Cynon Taf, on 12 March this year, a hearing in Pontypridd was told. He worked as a political correspondent for BBC Wales. The two men were discovered when police forced their way into the property after district nurses raised the alarm, the court heard. Neither had any injuries. A post-mortem carried out at the University Hospital of Wales have a provisional cause of death as ‘unascertained’. A full inquest will take place next January.

  A takeaway delivery driver in the UK has been found guilty of raping a woman he lured into his car before carrying out the horrific attack. 52-year-old Naiem Malik Suleman offered the 22-year-old woman a lift in his car after she had split up from her friends on a night out on January 19, 2019. But instead of taking her home, the court heard that he raped her. Later, when she arrived home following the attack in Coventry, she had on a jacket bearing the logo of the delivery firm Suleman worked for. She also had bruising around her neck and scrapes and scratches on her, Warwick Crown Court heard. Suleman, of no fixed address, denied the charge but forensic evidence from her clothes linked him to the rape and he was convicted at Warwick Crown Court.
