  Hilaria Balwin has welcomed her fifth child. The Mom Brain podcast co-host and fitness guru gave birth to a baby boy last night, September 8. She revealed this on Instagram today alongside a photo of her and her husband in the hospital with their newborn. "We had a baby last night. He is perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Stay tuned for a name," Hilaria, 36, captioned the sweet post. This come months after she suffered two miscarriages last year.  

  Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has lamented over the increased poverty situation in the country.  Speaking at the first year ministerial performance review retreat, the Vice President charged ministers to expedite action on the N2.3 trillion stimulus package designed by the government to mitigate the effect of the crisis on the economy, while also disclosing that the Coronavirus pandemic has made Nigerians poorer.  Under the mass housing programme, Osinbajo explained that the government would build 300,000 homes across the country and would ensure that their prices did not exceed N2m.   Governor Samue Ortom of Benue State has revealed that the most wanted criminal in the state he governs, Terwase Akwaza 'Gana' was intercepted by soldiers while on his way to surrender.  The Benue State Governor said this while receiving some repentant criminals in the state on Tuesday September 8. Ortom who wondered why the army will arrest Gana even when they know about the state government’s amnesty programme, said he got a call about Gana's interception and immediately reached out to the army authorities.  The Governor said;    “It was around 4pm when we were waiting for the repentant militias that I received a call that Gana and others have been arrested close to Yandev roundabout in Gboko by soldiers.  “Many of the repentant militias had weapons in which they were bringing to surrender to us. The process of the amnesty programme was known to the security operatives, so I don’t know why they have to be arrested....

  A popular US-based Ghanaian pastor identified as Sylvester Ofori has been arrested after he shot his wife Barbara Tommey dead.  The incident took place outside the 27-year-old woman’s workplace at the Navy Federal Credit Union, near the Mall at Millenia in Orlando, on Tuesday 8th September 2020.  Barbara was shot by Sylvester, near the business’ front doors on the 4600 block of Gardens Park Boulevard just before 9 a.m., an Orlando Police Department spokesperson said. Tommey was pronounced dead at Orlando Regional Medical Center shortly after she was rushed there for medical attention.   Ofori, 35, was taken into custody at his apartment Tuesday evening, the OPD spokesperson said.   Bollywood actress, Rhea Chakraborty was arrested on Tuesday September 8, after allegedly confessing to being an "active member of a drug syndicate" and also being involved in the procurement of drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput, an actor who died from drug related incident.  The actress who was arrested by India's Narcotics Control Bureau, dated late Sushant Singh Rajput during his final months and has now been charged with organizing drugs for the Bollywood star.      The NCB registered its case after it came across WhatsApp chats retrieved from Rhea Chakraborty’s phone about an alleged conversation about procuring drugs between her and a Sushant Singh Rajput’s house manager Samuel Miranda. A prominent religious leader in Ukraine who blamed the Coronavirus pandemic on same-sex marriage has tested positive for the virus, his church announced. Patriarch Filaret, 91, the leader of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Kyiv Patriarchate, contracted COVID-19 and was subsequently hospitalized, the church confirmed a statement shared on its website and on Facebook over the weekend.
