A young man who went shopping at a supermarket was caught with 'stolen' items around his waist.  Facebook user, Segun Availeth, who shared the story, said the young man was pretending to be shopping before the attendant noticed something very unusual around the man's waist. When he was confronted to lift up his shirt, they found six tins of sardines hanging around his underwear.    See full photos below. 

  Tyler Perry has joined the growing list of Hollywood billionaires according to Forbes.  According to the American business magazine, Perry has a networth of $1 billion and has earned more than $1.4 billion in pretax income since 2005. Forbes also reported that filmmaker owns the entirety of his creative output, which includes more than 1,200 television episodes, 22 films, at least two dozen plays and a 330-acre studio lot in Atlanta. The filmmaker told the magazine that he learnt the value of ownership at a young age.   The police in Anambra state have arrested Nkechi Odinye, 55, pictured above, for allegedly running a syndicate that traffics children in the state. A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, Haruna Mohammed, said Nkechi was arrested following the confessional statement made by three other child traffickers that were arrested in October 2019 at Nkpor market/Tarzan junction in Idemili North LGA in the state.  Haruna said the children found with the three female traffickers arrested in Nkpor were actually stolen from Gombe State by one Hauwa Musa and brought to her accomplices in Anambra State. During interrogation, the suspects voluntarily confessed that they usually steal the children and bring to their sponsor, Mrs. Nkechi Odinye, who allegedly buys the children here in Anambra State at the rate of between two hundred and four hundred thousand (#200-400,000) naira depending on their age and gender. ...

  A father was arrested for allegedly killing his wife and two teenage sons "because he had a headache and was tired of them yelling." James Lee Webb, 57, was arrested and charged with capital murder after calling the cops on himself on Monday, August 31, 2020. Webb and his wife, Victoria Ronack Bunton, began arguing at around 10am on Monday morning after he complained of having a headache and that her sons, aged 13 and 16, were being too loud, according to the affidavit. During the argument Webb allegedly produced a handgun and shot Bunton, before killing both of the teenagers. Webb waited one hour and then called 911 and confessed, the document states. When cops arrived they took him into custody.   Two policemen attached to former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, died in an accident involving some of the cars in his convoy in Edo state yesterday, September 1. Oshiomhole’s convoy was on its way to join the APC campaign train for the September 19 Governorship Election when an articulated vehicle lost control and ran into his convoy near Oluku junction in the Ovia North-East Local Government Area of the state.
