  Ruth Kadiri Ezerike has called out President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the heightened insecurity in the country.   As Nigerians grieve the death of a teacher beheaded by bandits after he was kidnapped from school in Oyo State, Ruth took to Instagram to express concern.   The actress wrote: "This is not a propaganda! This is not your enemies trying to make you look bad. And even if they were, You can't leave your house on fire.  "Dear president TNUBU pls do something..Or give us the go ahead to protect our lives and properties...   "Too much death everywhere.   "Being a Nigeria is not even safe at home anymore."   She added: "Too much innocent lives are paying for sins they know nothing about."  

  Chelsea are set to launch a legal complaint over Manchester City’s pursuit of former head coach Enzo Maresca, unless the Manchester club cough up some compensation.   Allegations were made against Maresca that he had spoken with City while still at Stamford Bridge, which left Chelsea officials furious.   Now, with Maresca primed to replace the outgoing Pep Guardiola, action may be taken if the two clubs cannot agree on compensation. If they don’t agree, Chelsea could complain to the Premier League, which would investigate the matter. Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali said at a sports congress: “The change wasn’t the club’s decision, for reasons I can’t speak about legally. I think the reasons will become kind of clear in due course.   The head of the World Health Organization has expressed concern over the "scale and speed" of an outbreak of a rare type of Ebola known as Bundibugyo in eastern Congo, where authorities reported 134 suspected deaths and more than 500 suspected cases. The virus spread undetected for weeks after the first known death as authorities tested for a more common type of Ebola and came up negative, health experts and aid workers said. The Bundibugyo virus has no approved medicines or vaccines.   The U.S. government will permanently drop tax claims against President Trump, according to a settlement document made public Tuesday, May 19, in an extraordinary use of executive power that could effectively help shield the president from further examination of his finances and legal conduct. As part of the settlement deal meant to resolve Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service over the leak of his tax returns, the U.S. is "forever barred and precluded" from examining or prosecuting Trump, his sons and the Trump organization's current tax examinations, according to a one-page document posted to the Justice Department's website. The government is also barred from looking into Trump's family, affiliates and others, according to the document, which is signed by acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. Mikel Arteta has broken his silence after Arsenal were crowned Premier League champions.   The Gunners became champions for the first time in 22 years thanks to Manchester City drawing 1-1 away at Bournemouth on Tuesday. It came 24 hours after Arsenal beat Burnley 1-0 at the Emirates Stadium.
