  An American woman who went to Mexico for discount skin-tightening surgery has narrated how she woke up to find doctors had given her a boob job and a Brazilian butt lift.     The woman, named Kimberly McCormick, 65, returned to the Mexico Bariatric Center six years after undergoing successful weight-loss surgery at the clinic. A ballet teacher at a dance school in Scotland will go on trial today charged with a series of sexual offences against nine teenage pupils over a 15-year period.     The ballet teacher, Jonathan Barton is charged with ten offences against the girls when they were aged under 18 and he was in a position of trust as a teacher at the school while they were students.     The 41-year-old is also charged with sexual activity with one alleged victim when she was over 13 but under 16, and he is also said to have sexually assaulted her and five other girls.     One charge alleges that he had sex and engaged in sexual activity with one of the students on various occasions between 2004 and 2006 at the school, during a car journey, and at a hotel.     He is said to have engaged in sexual activity with another after inviting her for private dance lessons and rubbing himself against her.   Yesterday, a jury was sworn in at Dumbarton Sher...

  A Robbie Williams fan has died after suffering a catastrophic fall at his concert in Sydney.      The woman, in her 70s, fell over six rows of seats during the pop star's gig at Moore Park last Thursday and was left fighting for life.   On Tuesday, November 21, St Vincent's Hospital confirmed she passed away.     A NSW Ambulance spokesman told Daily Mail Australia that paramedics were called to the scene at about 10.15pm last Thursday.   'We were called in to reports of a woman in her 70s who had fallen,' the spokesman said.     'We treated her on scene to injuries to her face and head and took her to St Vincent's Hospital in a critical condition.'     A Venues NSW spokesman said staff at the stadium treated the woman before emergency crews arrived.   'The patron was attended to immediately by venue staff and a nearby guest who is a qualified medical professional,' they said.   'Medic...

  A Los Angeles judge has ruled that there is enough evidence A$AP Rocky must stand trial for allegations that he fired a gun at a former friend and collaborator outside a Hollywood hotel in 2021. Superior Court Judge M.L. Villar made the ruling at a preliminary hearing, after hearing roughly a day and a half of testimony. Rocky has pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. His attorney attempted to cast doubt on the case while questioning a police detective. Villar said “the totality of the video and testimony” shows there is sufficient evidence for the defendant to go to trial. Singer Cassie's lawsuit against music producer Sean 'Diddy' Combs, alleging beatings and abuse, has been dismissed following a settlement.     'Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Plaintiff hereby dismisses this action, with prejudice and without costs or fees to either party,' a New York court said Monday, TMZ reported after reviewing legal docs.  Because the dismissal was filed with prejudice, Cassie will not be able to file the suit a second time.  The settlement was announced Friday, a day after the lawsuit was filed in a statement sent by attorney Douglas Wigdor, who represents Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura.     The statement said they had reached a deal 'to their mutual satisfaction' Friday evening, but no terms of the agreement were disclosed and no further statements would be issued beyond those made by Ventura, Combs and Wigdor in the email distributed by the lawyer.     'I have decided to reso...

  Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has revealed he has survived at least five assassination attempts by Russian President Vladimir Putin. He made the revelation to journalists on Monday, November 20.
