  Banks have been directed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to vacate a post-no-debit restriction placed on the bank accounts of 440 individuals and companies.   This is coming two years after the apex bank i nstructed banks to freeze accounts of 18 companies, ranging from bureaux de change (BDCs), construction firms, investment companies, laundering services, and property companies.   The affected companies at the time include Bakori Mega Services, Ashambrakh General Enterprise, Namuduka Ventures Limited, Crosslinks Capital and Investment Limited, IGP Global Synergy Limited, Davedan Mille Investment Limited and Urban Laundry.   Others were Advanced Multi-Links Services Limited, Spray Resources, Al-Ishaq Global Resources Limited, Himark Intertrades, Charblecom Concept Limited, Wudatage Global Resources, Treynor Soft Ventures, Fyrstrym Global Concepts Limited, Samarize Global Nigeria Limited, and Zahraddeen Haruna Shahru.    Bamboo Systems Techno...

  The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) on Tuesday night, July 25, declared an indefinite nationwide strike.    The President of the association, Dr Orji Emeka Innocent, disclosed this during the National Executive Council of the association held in Lagos on Tuesday Emeka said the strike commences at 12 midnight on Tuesday.   According to Emeka, the major demands of the association are: Immediate payment of the 2023 Medical Residency Training Fund (MRTF) , immediate release of the circular on one-for-one replacement , payment of skipping arrears and upward review of CONMESS in line with full salary restoration to the 2014 value of CONMESS.

  WWE star, Hulk Hogan has proposed to his girlfriend Sky Daily after dating for a year and half.    The pro wrestling icon told TMZ Sports that Sky Daily said “Yes” after he popped the question last week at a restaurant in Tampa, Florida.   The WWE Hall of Famer says his fiancée has three children of her own, and he fell in love with all of them.     Hogan and Sky, a yoga instructor, started dating early last year, shortly after his divorce from his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel , was finalized.   Hogan and Jennifer were married for over 10 years, tying the knot in 2010 after he split from his first wife, Linda Hogan .

  Bullet cartridges found at a Henderson, Nevada home have reportedly been sent for forensic testing in connection to Tupac Shakur’s unsolved murder.   Las Vegas Metro Police revealed in a warrant that detectives removed several .40-caliber bullets from Keefe's residence last week.   According to Radar Online, eleven .40 caliber bullet cartridges were recovered after LVMPD’s search on the Henderson, Nevada home last week. Additionally, the cartridges have been sent to a forensics lab to determine if they match those removed from Tupac Shakur’s body. “The bullets taken from the house will absolutely be tested by forensics experts. Of course, the most obvious probe will be to determine if they have any link to the bullets found in Tupac’s body or on the scene of the homicide,” a Vegas police source told Mirror.   The outlet adds that an anonymous police source shared their thoughts on the likelihood of the cartridges being matched. “The likelihood of the bu...
