A fight between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder is almost completely confirmed, according to reports.   Joshua's promoter,  Eddie Hearn said the clash will go ahead, with Saudi Arabia set to play host.   Hearn claimed in a conversation with The Mac that the mouth-watering showdown would take place in December, and that he anticipates a formal offer for his fighter to come in the coming week.   This comes just a month after Joshua himself confirmed that he would be facing Wilder in December.   In a video posted on social media, the British heavyweight was asked whether he would be taking on the American at the end of 2023, and he can be heard saying: 'That's what's happening, you know what's going on. A newly unsealed arrest affidavit for Denver, USA cardiologist Stephen Matthews reveals a pattern of 10 women reporting blacking out after drinking with the doctor during dates over the last four years, with several of them saying he sexually assaulted them after they were knocked unconscious.   Matthews was arrested Monday, May 14 and charged in nine new cases according to prosecutors . He had previously been charged with felony sex assault in a single case from earlier this year. His attorney, Douglas Cohen, has said Matthews is innocent. . “He’s alleged to do things,” said Cohen on Monday. “Many people are alleged to do things — I’ll leave it at that.”   All the new allegations have one common theme, the ladies say that they met Matthews via various dating apps.   Men of the Anambra State police command have said that two persons have been arrested in connection with the Tuesday, May 14 attack and murder of four persons in the convoy of US embassy staff in Ogbaru local government area of the state.   The state police commissioner, CP Echeng Echeng, disclosed this during a press conference in Awka, Anambra State, on Thursday, May 18. Echeng said police operatives moved swiftly immediately the command got the information of the attack. A young Arizona, USA, high school cheerleader was shot and killed after she left a house party Sunday morning,  May 14. Police say they responded to a shooting in Tolleson, a suburb 13 miles outside of Phoenix, and found 17-year-old Desiree Rivas dead at the scene, according to local media KPNX-TV.   Rivas, a student at Cesar Chavez High School in nearby Laveen Village, was a beloved student and active member of the school’s cheerleading team.   “It is with the heaviest of hearts that I post about the tragic loss of our amazing friend, athlete, and student Desiree. Our hearts are broken into a million pieces.” the Cesar Chavez High School Spirit line said in a statement on Instagram. “May Dessy rest in peace and be surrounded by love and light. WWE superstar, Billy Graham has passed on at the age of 79.    Graham died on Wednesday, May 17, after being taken off life support. His daughter and wife were by his side.   Billy's wife Valerie announced on Monday, May 15, that he had been in the ICU for three weeks as a result of various health issues. She said doctors wanted to take Billy off life support Monday night, but she initially refused.   Known for his prowess as a wrestler and a bodybuilder, Billy rose to fame back in the day wrestling for the American Wrestling Association and later the World Wrestling Federation.     Billy mentored big-time wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, Scott Steiner, Ric Flair and Jesse Ventura, and in 2004 the WWE inducted Billy into its Hall of Fame.   Billy's recent health issues took a toll on his body; his family said he lost 45 pounds while suffering from congestive heart failure, diabetes, hearing loss, and a significant infection in his ears and skul...

American singers, Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford have ended their romantic affair after several months of dating. A rep who confirmed the split, told TMZ;  "We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friends. All cheating rumors are false. Both are currently single." The breakup marks the end of a short-lived relationship which got to public space after Billie and Jesse were seen hanging out and making out in October 2022.   Srichand Hinduja, the billionaire patriarch of Britain’s richest family and chair of the globe-spanning Hinduja Group conglomerate, has died at the age of 87. Hinduja, known by his initials SP, was suffering from dementia.   A man who testified against three former friends who murdered rising rap star XXXTentacion during a robbery five years ago will spend the next two years in prison, a judge ruled Wednesday, May 17.   Circuit Judge Michael Usan sentenced Robert Allen to seven years in prison, with credit for the five years he has already spent at the Broward County jail. He will then spend 20 years on probation. He could have received a life sentence.  “I do believe you are not the same person who I arraigned five years ago,” Usan said. “I genuinely believe that you are sorry for what you’ve done and not sorry for yourself.”   Allen, 27, pleaded guilty last year to second-degree murder and testified earlier this year against Michael Boatwright, 27, Dedrick Williams, 27, and Trayvon Newsome, 25.
