  Russia carried out a test of an intercontinental ballistic missile that appears to have failed around the time US President Joe Biden was in Ukraine on Monday, February 20, according to a new report by CNN citing two US officials familiar with the matter.   Russia notified the United States in advance of the launch through deconfliction lines, a US official said. Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen has addressed his future at Napoli saying it will be sorted at the end of the season. Osimhen has been a subject of interest from Premier League clubs, Manchester United and Chelsea after scoring 18 goals and three assists in 19 league appearances for the Partenopei.   The United Kingdom embassy has announced that its Visa Application Centres in Abuja and Lagos will be closed on Friday, February 24, and next Monday, February 27, for the forthcoming general election.  Applicants have been directed to purchase the Keep my Passport in order to retain their passport during the period of closure.   The statement read;    “The Visa Application Centres in Abuja, Ikeja and Victoria Island will be closed on Friday, February 24 and Monday, February 27. “No VAC appointments will be booked on these days and customers will not be able to access the VAC to collect documents/passports. “Customers have the option to purchase the Keep my Passport and Courier return services in advance of the VAC closure, in order to retain their passport during the period of closure. “UKVI will continue to make decisions on all visa applications. “Priority Visa services remain available. A municipality in South Africa has announced it will charge its staff members for misconduct after pictures surfaced on social media showing them sitting and sleeping on top of graves.  Though it is unclear when the pictures were taken, The Witness reported that the workers are from the municipal’s parks department which is responsible for the cleaning of parks and public facilities.     In a statement released on Monday February 20, Msunduzi municipality in Kwa-Zulu Natal province said it was aware of what it termed “disturbing photographs.”  “The municipality will not condone such behaviour and can confirm that processes are in place for the implicated employees to be charged for misconduct and for putting the municipality in disrepute,” the statement read People hold graveyards and tombstones in very high regard as spiritual places where they honour loved ones’ memories.
