Drake has reportedly filed a motion to get out of his upcoming deposition in the murder trial of rapper XXXTentacion.   XXXTentacion, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, was shot and killed on June 18, 2018 aged 20, after he was ambushed during an apparent robbery as he was leaving a motor sports store in Deerfield.  On the opening day of the trial, defense attorneys representing three men accused of murdering XXXTentacion, suggested that Drake   might be linked to the killing - with the star ordered to appear on Zoom on February 24 to answer questions, after allegedly missing his first date on January 27.   Now, the rapper has reportedly filed a motion through his attorney Bradford Cohen, asking the judge to set aside the subpoena for the private deposition.  The publication reports documents reveal defense attorney Mauricio Padilla, representing defendant Dedrick Williams, 26, who is accused of being the driver in the shooting - sent Drake a Zoom ...

The suspected shooter who opened fire at Michigan State University, killing 3 and wounding 5 others, has killed himself. The suspect in this incident was located outside of the MSU campus, and it does appear that the suspect has died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, interim Deputy MSU Police Chief Chris Rozman said. At least three people were killed and several more injured in a shooting at Michigan State University, USA, with the  suspect dying from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Michigan University police tweeted on Monday, February 13, that shots were fired in two locations: near an academic building called Berkey Hall and an athletic facility known as IM East.         After searches that went on for more than four hours, MSU police announced at 12.30am on Tuesday morning that the suspected shooter had been found dead off campus.     Allies of transatlantic military alliance, NATO will step up and sustain support for Ukraine, Jens Stoltenberg, NATO's Secretary General said on Monday February 13. Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, and in few days time, the war would reach its one year anniversary.   Almost one year of the invasion, President Putin is not preparing for peace. Turkish basketball player Nilay Aydogan has been found dead following last week's devastating earthquake in Turkey, the sport's federation in the country has announced. Aydogan, 30, who played for Turkish Super League side Cankaya University, had reportedly gone to visit her grandmother in Malayta when the devastating earthquake struck, collapsing the apartment block. The basketball player and her grandmother were found dead among the rubble, with the search continuing in hundreds of Turkish and northern Syrian settlements to try and find people still alive. A Florida physical education teacher and football coach has been arrested for having sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student, according to reports. Arin Hankerd, 42, a staffer at Atlantic High School in Port Orange, was arrested Sunday, Feb. 12, after police received a tip about the illicit relationship. The teenager's mother had discovered her daughter's journal where she had written about her relationship with Hankerd and then found he had been sending her inappropriate pictures via Instagram, according to an arrest report cited by ClickOrlando.com.
