Nigerian rapper Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, popularly known as Phyno, has debunked claims made by one of his fans that he is a sickle cell patient. A fan of his had taken to Twitter to express her love for him. According to the fan, her love grew for the rapper when she ''found out he had sickle cell''.   ''Since I heard Phyno has sickle cell the love tripled, I pray God grants him the strength to keep fighting.”the fan wrote   Responding, Phyno dismissed the claim but offered his heartfelt prayers to those battling the ailment. ''Lol . No I’m not sickle cell. Love to everyone fighting it tho''  

The US and NATO are already “an indirect party” to the Ukraine conflict, where their involvement is “obvious,” Russia said on Tuesday, January 10. “They have de facto become an indirect party to this conflict, pumping Ukraine with weapons, technologies, and intelligence. So, their involvement in this conflict is obvious,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at a news briefing in Moscow. Items from Joe Biden’s time as US vice president discovered in a private office are 10 classified documents including US intelligence memos and briefing materials that covered topics including Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom, CNN says according to its source familiar with the matter.   The documents found reportedly were dated between 2013 and 2016. They were found in three or four boxes that also contained unclassified papers that fall under the Presidential Records Act, the source said. The source reportedly told CNN that majority of the boxes in the office contained personal Biden family documents, including materials about Beau Biden’s funeral arrangements and condolence letters. US Attorney General, Merrick Garland has assigned the US attorney in Chicago, to investigate the matter. Cardinal George Pell has died in Rome at the age of 81 after complications from hip replacement surgery, the Vatican has confirmed.  The Australian clergyman, who was a leading Roman Catholic conservative and former top official at the Vatican, is reported to have successfully undergone the operation and was chatting with his anaesthetist when he went into sudden cardiac arrest. Medics were unable to revive him. His death comes just days after he attended the funeral of Pope Benedict in Rome last week.      In his final interview, Cardinal Pell spoke emotionally about the death of the Pope who resigned from the role in 2013 at the age of 85 because of his ill health. 'I was very sad,' Cardinal Pell said. 'As a matter of fact, I was surprised how sad I was. 'I knew he was sick and I knew he was dying.  '[But] I was rather pleased as I thought I had heard he was rallying and was disconcerting the experts and going to live a little bit longer....

Andrew Tate will remain in a Romanian prison for the rest of the month after a court upheld the arrest, and he could remain locked up for 180 days. Tate was arrested on December 29, 2022, on charges of gang crime, human trafficking and rape.   The controversial social media influencer was ordered to remain in prison for 30 days, despite claiming it was all the fault of "the Matrix". The 36-year-old was initially detained for 24 hours after revealing his location using a pizza box during a Twitter spat with climate change activist Greta Thunberg. He was arrested alongside his brother Tristan, who was charged in the same case. Their assistants - two Romanian women - were also taken into custody. Prince William’s godfather and the last king of Greece, has died at the age of 82, his doctors have announced. Constantine II was reportedly admitted to a hospital in Athens, Greece last week with breathing problems. On Wednesday, January 11, Greek public broadcaster ERT said he died after suffering a stroke.   Constantine was one of William’s six godparents, and was a close to King Charles who was his second cousin. Staff at the private Hygeia Hospital in Athens confirmed that Constantine had died after treatment in an intensive care unit, but had no further details pending an official announcement.     He ruled as the last king of Greece from March 1964 until the country’s monarchy was abolished in 1973. He and his wife, Princess Anne-Marie of Denmark, lived in Hampstead in north London for many years before he sold his property in 2013.
