Johnny Depp and his former attorney, Joelle Rich's romantic relationship might have a longer timeline than everyone thinks.    Sources told TMZ that Johnny and Joelle were very much an item during his nasty trial with Amber Heard back in the summer.  This is coming amid reports of Joelle leaving her kids and estranged husband in the UK for 2 months while she was in Virginia supporting Johnny.     Joelle had no role in Johnny's legal defense here in the U.S, her appearance in court was strictly for pleasure and not business, the report says.   One of the sources however stated that Johnny and Joelle are not exclusive. A source connected to Johnny's new movie revealed that he was recently spotted on set getting cozy with a new woman while filming in France.  The source added that "he's f*****g Johnny Depp" and he's not going to settle down with one partner...

  Footballer Asisat Oshoala has proposed a name change for popular app, Whatsapp.    The Super Falcons star said Whatsapp should be renamed "billing app" because there are many people asking for things on the app.    Oshoala added that she is now scared of updating her status because of this. Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo is not on the presidential campaign council of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).   According to the list of 422-member APC Presidential Campaign Council released on Friday, September 23, in Abuja, President Muhammadu Buhari is the Chairman of the campaign council that has the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and national chairman of the party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, as deputy chairman, one and two respectively.   Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, who was a presidential aspirant at the last June convention where Tinubu emerged as the flag bearer, was missing from the list.   House of Representatives member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, James Faleke, who is the Secretary of the APC PCC, said in a statement: "We are pleased to announce the nominees of the leadership of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, as per enclosed.   "All nominees are kindly advised to pick their appointment let...

The bodies of 71 migrants have been found after a boat they were travelling in on Thursday, September 22, sank off Syria's coast, while 20 survivors are being treated, Syria's Health minister has said. Officials in the Syrian city of Tartus said Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian nationals including women and children were among the 120-150 people who were on board when the boat sank on Thursday.   Officials added that the vessel had departed from Minyeh, a city near the Lebanese port city of Tripoli and was heading to Europe when it sank.   It is not clear what caused the accident and the health ministry says a rescue attempt is ongoing.   Tartus, where survivors have been transported, is about 30 miles (50 km) north of Tripoli, according to reports.   Lebanon hosts an estimated 1.5 million Syrian refugees, and almost 14,000 from other countries, according to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Booker Prize-winning novelist and author of Wolf Hall trilogy Dame Hilary Mantel has died aged 70.   Her literary agents 4th Estate Books made the announcement on September 23, on Twitter.   "We are heartbroken at the death of our beloved author, Dame Hilary Mantel, and our thoughts are with her friends and family, especially her husband, Gerald. This is a devastating loss and we can only be grateful she left us with such a magnificent body of work," the tweet reads.   Dame Hilary was best known for her historical trilogy Wolf Hall, about the life of Thomas Cromwell, which later became made it to TV screens and became a hit West End show.     Dame Hilary won the Man Booker Prize twice, for Wolf Hall and its sequel, Bring Up the Bodies, which also won the 2012 Costa Book of the Year.   The conclusion to her ground-breaking The Wolf Hall Trilogy, The Mirror and the Light, was published in 2020 to huge critical acclaim.
