  Tesla CEO, Elon Musk has promised to  eliminate spam bots or fake robotic accounts from Twitter if his bid to buy Social media platform, Twitter succeeds so that only real humans can use the platform. Musk who is the world's richest man who is also CEO of Tesla and Space X last week offered to buy Twitter claiming he would restore freedom of expression on the micro blogging platform.  "If our twitter bid succeeds, we will defeat the spam bots or die trying," Musk tweeted Thursday night, April 21. He added, "And authenticate all real humans."    The Tesla Inc CEO had previously expressed his deep concerns regarding crypto bots putting up scam posts on Twitter to dupe investors.   At a TED Talk on April 14, Musk said, "If I had a Dogecoin for every crypto scam I saw, we’d have 100 billion Dogecoin."  "A top priority I would have is eliminating the spam and scam bots and the bot armies that are on Twitter," Musk added.   He also...

The world's oldest ever death row inmate has been executed by lethal injection at the Texas State Penitentiary in Huntsville.   Carl Wayne Buntion, 78, was the oldest killer awaiting execution in the southern state.   He was pronounced dead on Thursday night, April 21.   Buntion fatally shot Houston Police Officer James Irby, 37, in June 1990, at a traffic stop.   Irby had pulled alongside the car when Buntion, sitting in the passenger seat, shot him in the head as he spoke with the driver.   The 78-year-old, who had an extensive criminal record already, actually tried to leave the car during the traffic stop but was ordered to return by the officer.     Witnesses in a nearby car described how he then opened fire on Irby and another cop, killing Irby and injuring the second officer.   He then fled on foot but eventually turned himself in and was convicted of capital murder and s...

Mwai Kibaki, Kenya's third president from 2003-2013, has died aged 90. Kibaki's death was announced by current Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta. While announcing Kibaki's death, Kenyatta recalled his long public service, including being a member of parliament for five decades.   "Kibaki was a quintessential patriot whose legacy of civic responsibility will continue to inspire generations of Kenyans long into our future," Kenyatta said in a televised address.   Kenyatta did not state the cause of death but Kibaki has been ailing for some time, domestic media reported.   Kibaki is credited with reviving Kenya's then ailing economy, but his tenure was marred by deadly violence that killed more than 1,200 Kenyans following his disputed re-election in December 2007.
