US rapper Fetty Wap has been arrested and charged with participating in a conspiracy to smuggle large amounts of heroin, fentanyl and other drugs into the New York City region. The rapper, whose real name is Willie Maxwell, was arrested Thursday, October 28, at Citi Field, where the three-day Rolling Loud hip-hop music festival is taking place. He was charged on Friday, October 29. An indictment unsealed on Friday named Maxwell and five other defendants, including a New Jersey corrections officer. Michael J. Driscoll, a top official with the FBI's New York office, said in a statement: "The fact that we arrested a chart-topping rap artist and a corrections officer as part of the conspiracy illustrates just how vile the drug trade has become."  The indictment charges Maxwell and his co-defendants with conspiracy to possess and distribute more than 100 kilograms of heroin, fentanyl and crack cocaine between June 2019 and June 2020. Khloe Kardashian and her 3-year-old daughter, True Thompson, have tested positive for Covid-19.  Khloe made this known on Twitter as she advised everyone to stay safe. She explained that she had to cancel several engagements because of the sickness and will be in quarantine, following the Covid-19 guidelines. She tweeted:    Hi guys I wanted to let you know True and I tested positive for Covid. I’ve had to cancel several commitments and I’m sorry I won’t be able to make those happen. Luckily I have been vaccinated so all will be ok. We will be over here in quarantine and following current guidelines.  

US President, Joe Biden on Friday, October 29 admitted that his administration was "clumsy" in its handling of the nuclear submarine deal that deprived France of billions in defense contracts. Biden met with his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, in Rome, in a meeting meant to repair fractured ties after a rift over an agreement to provide Australia with submarines. Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibadan Zonal Command have arrested two self-claimed herbalists, Ajisafe Toheeb and Ogundayo Usman at Soka area of Ibadan over their alleged involvement in offences bordering on internet fraud. Britain's monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, 95, has been told by doctors to rest for at least the next two weeks and not undertake any official visits, Buckingham Palace said in a statement on Friday, October 29. The announcement comes more than a week after the monarch, 95, spent a night in the hospital for what a spokesman described at the time as "preliminary investigations."  "Her Majesty's doctors have advised that she should continue to rest for at least the next two weeks. A 22-year-old Nigerian man, Faruq Osilalu, has been found dead in Baltimore City in the US days after he was declared missing.      Alayna Osilalu, the wife of late Faruq told US media that her husband, a driver with a transportation company, was found dead on October 4 but he was listed as a John Doe, until recently when authorities were able to identify him through his jewelry. She said he was giving someone a ride on the day he was last seen and that what happened to him remains a mystery.   The distraught new mum said his remains were so badly damaged that investigators could not figure out his fingerprints. She said her husband worked as a private contractor under Sedan Service in Baltimore and that she reported him missing on September 19, two days after his last known ride.   She said she made an official report of him being missing on September 27 and that two days later, the police found his car.
