Multiple Grammy award-winning singer, Adele has unveiled her much anticipated album, 30. In the announcement made via her social media pages on Wednesday, the Rolling in the Deep singer, whose last project was six years ago, said the album will be released on the 19th of November. This announcement comes a week after Adele gave a teaser of her Album’s lead single, Easy On Me, which is set for release on Friday. In an interview with Vogue for its November issue, the mother of one had hinted that her new album would explore her divorce from ex-husband, Simon Konecki, which happened in 2019. Her new album, 30, follows Adele’s style of naming her albums after the age at which she started writing them. Event host, MC Eve but with real names as Evelyn Adewunmi is dead. She died in a car crash along Lekki-Epe expressway. The incident happened on October 12. She was said to be in a car with her boyfriend when it happened.Her boyfriend who was driving the car was unhurt, but Eve was badly injured.   She was rushed to a nearby private hospital, and sadly lost the battle to stay alive. The host, famously called The Energy Goddess, is currently being mourned by many including celebrities. Just few months ago, she anchored Toyin Lawani’s wedding.

The Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) has expressed fear and concern over the latest development against Blessing Okagbare over her alleged illegal use of drugs.   Okagbare, who has been charged with three offences by the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU), was suspended just before her semifinal race at the Tokyo Olympics after testing positive for a human growth hormone following an out-of-competition test on July 19.    The 32-year-old was said to have later tested positive for another banned substance, recombinant erythropoietin (EPO), which increases red blood cell count. A man is accused of fatally shooting a woman he allegedly mistook for his ex-girlfriend who refused to do drugs with him. Cameron Moser, 29, of Minnesota was booked into Crow Wing County jail on Friday, October 8, in connection with the death of Bethany Bernatsky, who was staying at the Cozy Bay Resort, according to the Daily Mail. Investigators are working to determine whether it is a mistaken identity case, with Moser possibly intending to kill his 26-year-old ex-girlfriend who is the daughter of a former owner of the resort on Lake Edward, Crow Wing County Sheriff Scott Goddard said. The resort’s former owner Bret Jevning said Moser went to an RV park that he owns across the street, in search of his daughter. Jevning said Moser was mad that his daughter had stopped her drug addiction and was starting rehab. Jevning told the newspaper.: "He was taunting her by using (drugs) himself." At least 46 people have been killed and dozens left injured after a major fire broke out in a building in southern Taiwan on Thursday, October 14.  The blaze started in the 13-story commercial and residential building at 2:54 a.m. local time (2:54 p.m. ET) in Kaohsiung city's Yancheng district, according to Taiwan's official Central News Agency (CNA). Rescue operations are still underway, with more than 377 rescue workers deployed to the scene, a spokesman at the Kaohsiung city fire bureau told CNN. At least 41 people have suffered injuries, he said.     A total of 139 fire trucks and ambulances were deployed to the scene and extinguished the fire by 7:17 a.m. (7:17 pm ET), CNA said. By midday, at least 62 people between the ages of 8 and 83 had been rescued. More than 100 residents, many of them senior citizens with physical disabilities, live in the building, according to CNA. A woman identified as Bazunu Michelle has been reportedly found dead inside her apartment in Warri, Delta State.  Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of this report but it was gathered that the deceased was found with multiple stab wounds and her throat slit in the early hours of Wednesday, October 13, at No1 Bazunu Street, Warri.      Friends and family have taken to social media to mourn the deceased. One Moses Darah, who confirmed the incident, wrote:  "Another Painful Exit I read with a rude shock that my Facebook friend, Michelle Bazunu was gruesomely murdered in her residence at No1 Bazunu Street, Warri in the early hours of yesterday. A man who was jailed for a series of sex attacks on women in Tower Hamlets in London has had his sentence increased from six years and nine months' imprisonment to nine years. Ali Husseini, 27, sexually assaulted three women in separate attacks while they were walking along a pedestrian underpass.   During his trial at the Old Bailey, the court heard how Husseini would follow lone women into the subway underneath the A12 in the Poplar area.   In August 2020, he followed a 32-year-old woman as she returned home from nearby shops, before grabbing her neck and sexually assaulting her. The victim was able to bite Husseini's arm before running away.   A few weeks later, Husseini targeted a heavily pregnant woman as she walked along the same underpass on her way back to work.
