Cristiano Ronaldo has posted an emotional farewell to Juventus supporters after leaving the club.  Manchester United have agreed to re-sign Ronaldo in a £19.4million deal, with his three-year spell at Juventus coming to an end. On Instagram Ronaldo posted a video of some of his most memorable moments in a Juventus shirt which was accompanied by a message. Ronaldo wrote: 'Today I depart from an amazing club, the biggest in Italy and surely one of the biggest in all of Europe.  'I gave my heart and soul for Juventus and I'll always love the city of Turin until my final days. The 'tifosi bianconeri' always respected me and I tried to thank that respect by fighting for them in every game, every season, every competition. 'In the end, we can all look back and realize that we achieved great things, not all that we wanted, but still, we wrote a pretty beautiful story together.' Lagos has ranked 56th safest city in the world in a research list published by The Economist The research, which is published by The Economist every two years, ranked Copenhagen in Denmark as the safest city in the world, a position previously held by Tokyo.    The report ranked the safety ratings of cities around the world based on five distinct categories: Digital Security, Health Security, Infrastructure Security, Personal Security, and the newly incorporated Environmental Security.  Copenhagen outranked former leaders Tokyo in four out of the five categories, with the Japanese capital only ranking higher on health security.  The Danish capital received an overall safety score of 82.4 and was closely followed by Toronto which was scored 82.2. Despite this, the Danish capital only led the world one of the five categories - Personal Security. A woman and her husband are shocked after ordering an at-home DNA test that revealed the husband is not their son's biological father. Donna and Vanner Johnson jokingly decided to do the DNA test last year as they thought it would be a fun thing to do as a family. But they didn't expect the results to turn their lives totally upside down. Speaking to ABC4, the couple, from Utah, USA, explained how they had conceived their 12-year-old son through IVF.     However, it was only when they received the results from the test that they found out Vanner wasn't the boy's biological father. Recalling the moment he saw the papers, Vanner said: "When I looked on that page and saw mum for him and father unknown, I thought 'what do you mean father unknown?' A gothic model was left with severe facial injuries when she got into a leopard’s cage during a photoshoot in Germany and it mauled her. Self-professed animal rights activist Jessica Leidolph was airlifted to hospital and underwent immediate surgery after being bitten at a retirement home for show animals. The big cat named Troja ‘repeatedly kept biting my cheek, ear and head’, she told Bild. She lost consciousness until coming round to the whirring noise of the ambulance helicopter following the attack on Tuesday in the town of Nebra.   Ms Leidolph, 36, from Thuringia, who has worked as a fashion, portrait, lingerie , swimwear and TV model, is likely to be scared for life. Officials in Germany said Troja ‘never broke out’, adding: ‘There is currently no danger to the population.’ The leopard is 16 years old and once featured in TV adverts for Panasonic. A middle-aged man, Mr Patrick Markson, has allegedly committed suicide after killing his wife over what eyewitnesses described as domestic matters in their Yenagoa residence in Bayelsa State on Thursday morning. It was gathered that Mr Markson allegedly struck his wife on the head with a sledgehammer while she was in a deep sleep. After killing her, he was said to have waited for her to bleed to death and afterwards drank what is suspected to be a poisonous substance. Eyewitnesses further explained that he slept on the same bed, close to where he killed his wife at their residence, along Odede Street, Off Tombia Amassoma road in Yenagoa metropolis. According to sources, the 35 years old victim, identified as Mrs Hannah Markson, is from the Okotiama community in the Gbarain clan in the same Yenagoa. A service of songs for veteran actress, Late Rachel Oniga, was held at the Service of Songs at the Catholic Church of Resurrection, Magodo, Lagos state on August 26.  Oniga died on July 31 from heart-related issues. Her remains will be buried on August 27 at a cemetery yet to be disclosed by the family. In an unfolding of the terrible humanitarian scenes in Kabul, Afghanistan, at least 60 people including 12 US marines have been reportedly killed after a third bomb explosion was heard at the Kabul airport on Thursday, August 26.   Taliban officials earlier said that at least 13 people including children have been reported dead at Hamid Karzai International Airport, with the death toll rising since then.   An Afghan interpreter who was there hoping to be evacuated described how he saw a girl believed to be around five killed by the bomb:   He told the BBC: ‘I saw a baby there and I went to her and I picked her up and started taking her to the hospital. I took her to the hospital, but she died on my hands.’   Reports say one bomb carried by suspected suicide bombers exploded at Abbey Gate just outside the airport, and at least one other was detonated at the Baron Hotel a short distance away.    This comes as the US under president Joe B...
