  Ten people, including a police officer, have been killed after a gunman opened fire in a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado, shattering the calm for another US community. A suspect is in custody, Boulder Police Chief Maris Herold said, but authorities did not share any information on his identity, the type of weapon used or any possible motive. "We will work around the clock to get this accomplished," she said, adding that such a complex investigation will take at least five days to complete. The fatal shooting at the King Soopers store comes less than a week after shooting attacks at three spas in the Atlanta area left eight people dead.

  The police in Anambra state have arrested three suspected cultists for the alleged murder of two men in the Okija area of the state on March 20. A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Tochukwu Ikengwa, states that the police operatives following an intensive manhunt of the perpetrators of the killers of both men, apprehended the suspects identified as Ekene Ezeokalo M', aged 19, native of Ukpor in Nnewi,  Emeka Iwuozor M', aged 30yrs, native of Umuduru Ezia Ihiala and Chigozie Ohanaziem M',27yrs, native of Ogboro Umunwaji Ihiala.   The police in Lagos State have arrested a 28-year-old woman, Justina Eje, for allegedly stabbing her husband to death in the Ikorodu area of the state. Eje, while speaking with journalists, during the parade admitted to have killed her husband but she insisted that it was self-defence. The woman, who claimed to have been separated from the father of her three children also claimed that the husband came to where she had relocated to when the incident happened.   The Osun State Government has described the death of popular radio presenter of Unique FM Ilesa, Sunday Alakinde, as shocking and unbelievable. An auto accident, on Monday morning, claimed the life of, Alakinde and one other along Ilesa-Ife road, Osun State. Bobby Brown.Jr's cause of death has been confirmed by the Los Angeles County Coroner.    According to an autopsy report, the son of singer Bobby Brown died from the "combined effects of alcohol, cocaine, and fentanyl." The manner of death is described as accidental.    Brown Jr. was found dead at 28 in his California home on Nov. 18 2020. His girlfriend, who had last seen him alive that morning, found him unresponsive on his bedroom floor of their Los Angeles area home at approximately 1:45 p.m and called paramedics, who declared him dead, the report states.   While officials did not find drugs or drug paraphernalia at the scene, Bobby Jr. is listed as having a "medical history of alcohol, cigarette and marijuana use."    The evening before he was found unresponsive, the investigative report states Brown Jr. consumed tequila with friends, and "snorted" Percocet along with three lines of cocaine.   Brown Jr. was one of...

Super Eagles of Nigeria and Leicester City striker, Kelechi Iheanancho has equaled the record set by Ivorian football legend Didier Drogba for the most goals scored by an African player in the FA Cup. Drogba scored 12 goals in the competition before leaving Chelsea in 2012. On Sunday, March 21, Iheanacho netted twice in the FA Cup fixture against Manchester United at the King Power Stadium to take his goal tally in the competition to 12. A man has confessed to killing his parents because they asked him to take the family dog for a walk. The suspect,  Benno Neumair, 30, was taken into custody on January 29. His parents,  Peter Neumair and Laura Perselli, who are both teachers, went missing in the city of Bolzano in the northern Italian province of South Tyrol earlier this year. Pop singer, Cynthia Morgan, clashed with a Twitter user who via his tweet opined that her lifestyle contributed to her ''stunted growth'' in the music industry. The Twitter user with the handle @Kingezzy_ had tweeted  ''Cynthia Morgan would’ve been the biggest female dancehall artiste export out of Africa... but her label & lifestyle fucked her up.''   Cynthia spotted the Tweet and inquired from the Twitter user what her lifestyle was. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos Zonal Office, on Monday March 22, arraigned one Nanpan Salihu Yaniyang before Justice O.O. Louisiana rapper, NBA YoungBoy has been arrested and kept in FBI custody after fleeing from officials of Los Angeles Police Department who attempted to pull his car over for an outstanding federal warrant. The rapper reportedly didn’t pull over when flagged down by the security operatives, prompting a short pursuit which ended with the rapper trying to flee on foot. TMZ reported that the cops set up a perimeter and brought in a K-9 which sniffed out YoungBoy. He was arrested and taken into custody around 1 p.m on Monday March 22.  A firearm was also found in the vehicle but it is unclear if it belongs to the rapper. Back in September, the Baton Rouge rapper was among 16 people arrested on drug and firearm charges in Louisiana.
