  Khloe Kardashian has confirmed she tested positive for coronavirus earlier this year, after she suffered from "vomiting" and "shaking". The reality star, 36, announced she had contracted the virus in a recently released clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians. While isolating in her Los Angeles home, the mum-of-one confirmed she was suffering from Covid in the clip, recording footage of herself as she opened up about her experience of the deadly virus. She said: "Just found out that I do have corona. I have been in my room. It's gonna be fine, but it was really bad for a couple days." She went on: "I suffer from migraines, but this was the craziest headache. "I wouldn't say it was a migraine. The coughing, my chest would burn when I would cough."     A Texas father has been arrested for murdering his wife after shooting her then posting a chilling video on YouTube where he apologized to his children for what he had done. Trent Paschal, 48, has been charged with murdering his wife Savannah, 30, in Houston. The man, who most recently worked for a trucking company in Texas, is believed to have shot her after she arrived back in their home then fled the scene.  Before police caught up with him, he recorded a 4 minute video where he apologized to his children for what he'd done but also bemoaned that his hair was a 'mess' and asked: 'Why me?' In the video, he said he'd heard phone calls between his wife and another man where they talked about s.e.x.   A one day old baby has tragically lost his life after he was mauled by a family Rottweiler dog. According to a Tuesday report by Australian website, News.com.au., the unnamed child from Hamilton city in New Zealand, was pronounced dead on Sunday October 25, hours after being rushed to a hospital in critical condition. “This is a traumatic time for all involved and our thoughts are with the families and individuals involved,” stated Hamilton City Council animal control manager Susan Stanford. The Rottweiler attacked the baby boy, just a day after he was born. “Police are continuing to make enquiries, and are liaising with relevant agencies,” said a police spokesman.   Cristiano Ronaldo has labelled Polymerase Chain Reaction testing as 'bulls***' after testing positive for Coronavirus for the third time, which ruled him out of Juventus' Champions League clash with Barcelona.  The Portuguese striker, 35, has been self-isolating since he tested positive while on international duty with Portugal on October 13. He returned another positive result last week, and was made to take another test ahead of Juventus' clash against Barcelona on Wednesday October 28. According to Sky Italy, Ronaldo failed to test negative 24 hours ahead of kick-off, as required by UEFA in order to play.  Taking to his Instagram on Wednesday, Ronaldo revealed that he was 'feeling good and healthy' as he shared a new photo of himself. He also slammed (PCR) testing - as 'bull****'.      

    Despite wide support for Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigeria’s candidate for the director-general of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), the US has expressed its opposition to her emergence. Okonjo-Iweala had emerged winner of the race with support from 104 of all 164 member countries of the WTO. Those countries include many in Africa and the European Union, where she had received public support. Despite being an American citizen, sources say the US does not consider Okonjo-Iweala as being committed enough to the interests of the world power at the flagship trade body. Bloomberg had initially reported that the US was leaning towards Yoo Myung-hee, the South Korean candidate. Bryce Baschuk, Bloomberg’s WTO reporter, also tweeted on Wednesday that the US is opposed to Okonjo-Iweala’s emergence and the road forward remains “unclear”.     A man fatally shot his girlfriend in the head before turning the gun on himself in a murder-suicide in the Financial District of Manhattan Monday morning, cops say.   Police and EMS responded to the scene at Morris St and Trinity Place around 9.20am. They found a 40-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man, both suffering gunshot wounds to the head.  Police say the man, believed to be from Canada, confronted the woman and fired at her head, before shooting himself in the head. Witnesses say they saw the man shoot the woman twice in the head. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.  The man was initially rushed to Lower Manhattan Hospital in traumatic cardiac arrest but was later pronounced dead after arriving, NYPD said.  One witness said the man still had the gun in his hand after he shot himself.   Thai Prime Minister, Prayuth Chan-ocha has dismissed calls from opposition parties to resignduring a special two-day session of parliament, saying he will 'not run away from problems' . Prayuth instead called for a two day session to discuss months of protests demanding his departure and reforms to the powerful monarchy. “I will not run away from problems.   An attack reportedly launched by Boko Haram insurgents in Damboa community of Borno state has left a pregnant woman and five others dead.  Punch reported that the attack which occurred on Sunday October 25, also left 7 others injured. The publication which reported that troops of the Nigerian Army equally killed a number of the insurgents, added that the insurgents stormed the town in seven gun trucks and 12 motorbikes and headed straight to the army base.   A resident said;    “It was our market day, villagers went to the market. As we were preparing to return to our homes, we heard cars passing; then shortly, we heard gunshots from the army base. “The army engaged the insurgents for hours after which the Boko Haram fighters ran away.   The Anambra state police command has arrested a 29-year-old man identified as Ogbu Christian, for allegedly defiling his neighbor's seven-year-old daughter at Anichie street in Okpoko, a community in the state on Tuesday, October 27. A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, Haruna Mohammed, states that police operatives attached to Okpoko Division arrested the suspect who allegedly lured the victim and had unlawful carnal knowledge with her inside his room using biscuit as a bait. Haruna said immediately the report was made at the station, police detectives visited the scene and took the victim to the hospital for medical Examination where penetration was confirmed by the medical doctor.   On Tuesday night, October 27, BET aired the 2020 edition of their annual hip-hop awards on BET Her, VH1 and MTV2 to celebrate some of the biggest artistes, songs, and music videos  The 15th annual award show was hosted by  85 South 's Karlous Miller, DC Young Fly, and Chico Bean. There were also performances from big stars including Big Sean, Jhene Aiko, 2 Chainz, and Quavo.  Rapper DaBaby went into the award with 12 nominations.     China is on the brink of 'world domination' and Europe needs to wake up to the danger, a former German spy chief has said. Gerhard Schindler said Beijing was 'very cleverly' spreading its influence across Europe, Asia and Africa - warning that its technology is now so advanced that Germany cannot tell if it is being used for sinister purposes. Schindler called on Germany to strip out Huawei from its 5G mobile network in order to make the country 'less dependent' on Beijing, echoing the US government's fears that Huawei could be used to spy for China's Communist Party.     Refugees fleeing war and strife were allegedly tortured by police on the Croatian border. Men have been forced to strip, lie on top of each other n.a.k.e.d and been beaten by men in black uniforms, according to reports received by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC). The victims believed their attackers were Croatian police officers. The DRC has also recorded two reports of 'severe s.e.xual abuse' after a police operation to push refugees back into Bosnia and Herzegovina. The violent 'pushbacks' targeted around 75 people in Velika Kladusa near Siljkovaca, where a forest camp houses at least 700 refugees. The DRC recorded 'horrifying' testimony from victims of the police operation between October 12 and 16.   A student of Ambrose Alli University (AAU) was allegedly kidnapped on her way to Kogi state on Monday, October 26, and her kidnappers are asking for 100 million Naira.
