  Rapper, Offset has admitted he is stressed and misses his estranged wife, Cardi B amid their divorce. Recall the mother of one filed for divorce last month to end their marriage of three-years, explaining that she  "got tired of f*cking arguing and not seeing things eye to eye." On Friday October 9, Offset posted an Instagram video asking fans for tips about a hair makeover following his split from the ‘Bodak Yellow’ crooner.    When the video made it to The Shade Room, one fan commented that the Migos rapper looked “stressed out,” and Offset replied: “I am,” he wrote. “I miss MRS. WAP…call her for me but private.”      This marks the first time Offset has spoken out publicly about their split after Cardi filed for divorce.  The estranged couple got married in 2017 and welcomed their two-year-old daughter Kulture the   following year. 

  An armed robbery suspect has been killed after police officers in Anambra state engaged the suspect and his gang members in a gun battle along Isiagu ring road in Awka, the state capital on Friday, October 9. A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, Haruna Mohammed, said the robbery suspects are known for terrorizing people who ply the road.  ''On the 9/10/2020 at about 9:pm,there was a distress call that suspected armed robbers blocked Isiagu Ring road in Awka South LGA,robbing three occupants of a black Accura legend Car with Lagos Registration number SMK878GL of their valuables at gun point.   A young man simply identified as Kabiru was arrested at the National Assembly complex after he sneaked his way into the office of a member of the House of Representatives and carted away dollars and other valuable items in the process. SaharaReporters reports that the incident happened at 2:30pm when the suspect allegedly sneaked into another lawmaker's office located on the fourth floor of the Assembly complex using a master key. The suspect reportedly made away with the hard currency and some other office equipment including computers, photocopy machines, and printer. It was reported that Kabiru was a Special Assistant to one lawmaker from Adamawa State and was known by many people in the complex. He was said to have been identified by security operatives, who analyzed the footage before he was arrested.     Gunmen have abducted two doctors working in Kogi state.  The victims identified as Dr Ebiloma Aduku of the Zonal Hospital Ankpa and Kelechi Mgbahurike of Christ the King Hospital, Anyigba, Dekina LGA were reportedly abducted on different days and under different circumstances. While Aduku was kidnapped at Ankpa on October 6, Mgbahurike was abducted from his hospital in Anyigba on October 7. Confirming their abduction to newsmen, Kogi chapter of The Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) said the whereabouts are yet to be ascertained as the abductors.   Viral photos of Zimbabwean students posing in s3xually suggestive manners in school while teachers are on strike, has triggered concern online.  While students have been ordered back to school after more than 7 months on lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers have refused to return due to a wage dispute with the government.  The teachers stated that they will not return to work until their wage demands are met. The photos shared online showed some students in sexually suggestive poses including kissing, flashing and fondling.      Some teachers have urged parents to withdraw their children from schools as learning institutions have become risky territory in their absence.     

  The Enugu Zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC  has arraigned a former manager of the main market branch, Heritage Bank Limited, Fidel Omeje, before Justice D.A Onyefulu of State High Court, Onitsha on one count charge of stealing to the tune of Fifty Thousand United States Dollars ( $50,000) . The offence according to the charge sheet is contrary to Section 342 of the Criminal Code Law Cap 36,Anambra State and punishable under Section 353 (6) and (9) of the same law. A statement released by Wilson Uwajeren, the spokesperson of EFCC, alleged that Omeje, used her position as a manager of the bank and account officer of the complainant, to withdraw the said sum from the domiciliary account of the complainant on July 20, 2011 without authorization and converted same to personal use.   A reported gas tank explosion has rocked the city of Beirut, Lebanon, with two confirmed dead and several injured. Military and emergency services arrived at the Tawik Jdide area of Beirut, Lebanon, following reports of an explosion on Friday evening, October 9. The Secretary-General of the Lebanese Red Cross, George Kittana, confirmed two people had died in the explosion, with a number wounded.   In a call with the National News Agency, Mr Kittana said: "Two bodies and a number of wounded were transferred to Al-Maqasid Hospital as a result of the explosion of the diesel tank that caught fire this evening." He said the injured have been transferred to Al-Maqasid Hospital and authorities are still aiding recovery efforts alongside the Lebanese Red Cross.
