Rio and Kate Ferdinand have revealed they are having a baby boy.  Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the former TOWIE star, 29, made the big announcement as she shared pictures from a gender reveal party that took place at their home in Bromley. She wrote in her caption: ' it’s a boy. me and tia are outnumbered.' The event was attended by close friends and family of the couple.    In one of the photos, the reality star was pictured hugging husband, 41, as her stepchildren, Lorenz, 14, Tate, 11, and nine-year-old Tia, cheered them on.     This will be Kate's first child and fourth for Rio. He welcomed his three other children with his first wife, Rebecca, who passed away in 2015 after a short battle with  breast cancer . Rio and Kate started their relationship in 2017 and tied the knot in September 2019 with a romantic ceremony in Turkey.  

  The Kardashian-Jenner family have announced that the family's reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians is ending after 14 years on air.  The reality show will return for season 19 on Thursday, Sept. 17 followed by one last season (season 20) in 2021.   Former Barcelona and Cameroon striker, Samuel Eto’o, has stated that he is happy Lionel Messi has agreed to remain at Barcelona, but warned the club to sign more players so the club won't be reliant on Messi. Messi wanted to leave Camp Nou recently, but changed his mind after his father and agent, was warned by the club that he could face legal issues if he doesn't obey his contract. Eto’o who played for Barcelona between 2004 and 2009, scoring 130 goals and winning eight titles there, says he is happy that Messi is now settled for the season “I am happy because my son Messi has stayed at his house, but at Barca, we need other players with Blaugrana DNA.   A 19-year-old girl was allegedly raped by an ambulance driver on her way to the hospital after she tested positive for COVID-19.  The teenage girl was reportedly attacked by a man known as V Noufal, 29, while on their way to the Firstline Covid Treatment Centre in Pathanamthitta district of Kerala, India, on Saturday night, September 5. Noufal was arrested on Sunday morning September 6, after the victim told a staff of the hospital about the alleged incident when she arrived in Pandalam.  After his arrest, Police said he had not obtained the mandatory clearance certificate before joining as a driver.   Two Nigerian medical doctors, Joseph Iyoha and Mukaila Oladipo, have been sanctioned by the Medical and Dental Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for their negligence that reportedly caused the death of a three-month-old baby named Peace Oluwole. Peace had developed symptoms of malaria and was rushed to the hospital where the doctors worked. She died and the family petitioned the medical council, accusing the doctors on duty of negligence that led to the death of their baby, Peace. The doctors were arraigned before the tribunal on a seven-count charge. They were accused of incompetent management of the three-month-old baby and failure to do all that was appropriate and reasonable for the treatment of the patient.   17 year old Manchester United striker, Mason Greenwood, has issued an apology after he was sent home from England duty on Monday after reports in Iceland claimed he and Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden had met up with local girls in the team hotel and consequently broken strict Covid-19 rules.  The pair were both fined £1,360 for the breach of pandemic rules, with England manager Gareth Southgate blasting them for their actions. Southgate confirmed the two players had not been in contact with anyone else from the England squad after meeting with the girls which meant the game against Denmark meant for Tuesday September 8, will still be played.   Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state has revealed that it costs about N400,000 to treat one COVID-19 patient. The Kaduna state Governor who disclosed this in an executive committee meeting with traditional rulers chaired by the Sultan of Sokoto Sa’ad Abubakar on Monday September 7, called on northern traditional rulers not to relent in spearheading the campaigns to avoid the spread of coronavirus pandemic in the region.   Channels Television reported that El-Rufai affirmed that the challenges in the treatment of the pandemic make it imperative for people to desist from activities that will promote the spread of the virus in the northern region and the country at large.  

  An undergraduate of University of Benin, Miss Chinenye Promise Nwoye has died after allegedly being strangled by a suspected ritualist in a hotel room at Abagana, Njikoka Local Government Area, Anambra state. According to Anambra Broadcasting Service Radio, the young lady from Iruokpala, Ire Village in Abba, Njikoka Local Government of Anambra State, is believed to be a victim of scammers or kidnappers, who lured her into the hotel for ritual purposes on August 27, 2020. Miss Nwoye, who was on scholarship at UNIBEN, kept busy during the COVID-19 break by registering for computer lessons in a neighbouring town.  On the day she was killed, she was allegedly lured to the hotel by her killers.    While there, she made a phone call to her family members to inform them that she was in danger and needed her ATM pin number to free herself from "kidnappers".
