  Girls Trip star, Tiffany Haddish revealed that she tested positive for Coronavirus in a  video posted on her YouTube page this week.  Sharing her experience with one of the White House’s top experts during the pandemic and director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease Dr Anthony Fauci, the actress and comedian disclosed that she contracted the virus about three months ago after working on a movie where someone else came down with COVID-19.  Haddish said her first test came back negative, but she got tested again when someone else she knew tested positive and she found out she was negative.    She said;    “I was working on a movie and someone in the movie contracted coronavirus.   The Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) trophy has been stolen from the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) headquarters in Cairo. Former Egyptian Football Association (EFA) Vice-president and current ONTime Sports broadcaster, Ahmed Shobir, confirmed the Africa Cup of Nations trophy disappeared from the headquarters of the EFA. "The EFA started looking for some trophies as they aim to put them in a notable museum inside the EFA," Shobier said. "However, the EFA was surprised to find that the AFCON trophy was lost and decided to open an investigation. "They were informed by an employee inside the association that it was held by former Egypt captain Ahmed Hassan who refuted this claim. Nobody knows where is the trophy at the time being." Days after being declared a Billionaire by Forbes it has come to light that Tyler Perry is building a massive estate that includes an airport. According to TMZ, Tyler is building a 35,000-square-foot estate on 1,200 acres near Atlanta.   13 suspected internet fraudsters have been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).  The suspects were identified as Olowosoke Temidire; Oladoyin Tolulope; Adeyemi Toyese Jubril; Agbeluyi Olusola; Olayinka Azeez; Abdullahi Olalekan; Gbenga Ade; Nwokeso Innocent; Obodoukwu Godstime; Mba Emmanuel; Oluwadare Ibisiola, Damilola Ogunsemire and Christopher Ubong. They were reportedly arrested at Plot 109 Obas Street off AIT Estate, Lagos State, and some other areas within the axis on Wednesday September 3, after the anti-graft agency received credible intelligence received from concerned members of the public on their criminal activities.

R. Kelly's alleged attacker has identified himself as the inmate who attacked the singer inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago.   Jeremiah Shane Farmer, a Latin King street gang member convicted of a racketeering conspiracy involving two 1999 northwest Indiana murders claimed in court records that he's the inmate who attacked R. Kelly last month.   In a six-page document filed on Tuesday with the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the 39-year-old wrote that “the government made me attack” R. Kelly.   A woman was shot in the face after standing up to a couple who had called her fat. Amanda Nunes, 30, was attacked in the city of Belford Roxo in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro at around 6.30 am on August 31. She had gone to the food stand at a market to buy breakfast when she overheard a couple talking. The young woman reportedly heard them refer to her as “fat” and went over to confront them. A row ensued and the male suspect slapped Nunes’ face, it is claimed. When the victim reacted angrily, the man allegedly pulled out a gun and shot her in the face. Nunes was admitted to the Municipal Hospital of Belford Roxo before being transferred to the Hospital Geral de Nova Iguacu – Hospital da Posse. She was later pronounced dead in the intensive care unit.     The local authorities have confirmed they are investigating the incident and are currently reviewing CCTV footage and interviewing witnesses to help identify the alleged shooter.

  Former Super Eagles defender, Ajibade Babalade has died at the age of 48 after suffering cardiac arrest. The retired footballer, who won bronze at the 1992 Africa Cup of Nations in Senegal, died on Friday afternoon, September 4, while being rushed to the University College Hospital, Ibadan.
