Jeremy Meeks is reportedly eager to be divorced from his ex Melissa Meeks so he can move on with his Topshop heiress girlfriend, Chloe Green.  Jeremy and Melissa have already signed off on their divorce settlement and Jeremy agreed to pay Melissa $1,000 a month in child support. However, the divorce is yet to be finalized and Jeremy is looking forward to it being finalized sooner.

A grandmother simply identified as Patience has been arrested for selling her grandchild. According to reports, Patience took the child away from her mother, Blessing Emmanuel, on the day he was born.  The child was reportedly handed over to one Ijeoma Okechukwu , a former neighbour of the Emmanuels on Shola Adewunmi Street, in the Oshodi Isolo area of Lagos State.  

  Two suspected thieves who have been terrorising churches and Calabar residents have landed in police net. Francis Boniface and Godwin Effiong, who allegedly stole a 500KVA generator and a Yamaha keyboard from one of the Pentecostal churches in Calabar were both paraded before newsmen.

The presidency has reacted to reports that it barred some press men from covering President Buhari's townhall meeting with Benue stakeholders on Monday March 12th.  Accoridng to a statement released on its twitter handle, the presidency said accreditation of pressmen for the townhall meeting was not carried out by anyone from the presidency. Lagos State Governor,  Akinwunmi Ambode on Monday threw his weight behind the 25 years jail term for rapist and perpetrators of all forms of domestic violence, saying that the time has come to take aggressive steps to put a stop to the menace.

  Suspected herdsmen have killed 25 persons in another attack in Plateau State. According to reports, the incident occurred last night in Dundu village, Kwall District in Bassa Local Government Area of the state.  19 men, three women and three children were killed during the attack. This attack comes few days after President Buhari's visit.

  New Jersey rapper, Craig Mack has died at the age of 46 after he suffered from a heart failure. The hip-hop act who rose to prominence through Puff Daddy 's Bad Boy Entertainment record label in the 1990s, and was behind The Notorious B.I.G's breakout performance on his single 'Flava in Ya Ear,' died on Monday  March 12th, at a hospital.

  Two final year students of the Abia State University have died after drowning. According to reports, the two students, who were said to be buccaneers, drowned on Sunday, during a boat ride, as sailors, in Ebonyi State.  They have been identified as Kelechi Elendu and Charles Benjamin Ngozichukwuka of the department of Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology, respectively.
